The two homes are side-by-side with private entrances and a shared 2 huge backyard terraces, ideal for large families or groups who want togetherness with their own space. The larger townhouse features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath, a full kitchen, dining and living areas, and laundry facilities. The smaller townhouse has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and similar amenities. Both homes offer expansive outdoor spaces with hammocks, BBQs, and cozy furniture, perfect for dining al fresco or unwinding with loved ones.

The upper terrace in the larger unit offers a beautiful beach view—perfect for sunbathing, stargazing, or a peaceful reading session. Wake up to a breathtaking ocean view from the master bedrooms and start your day with a walk on the beach or a fresh breeze throughout the living areas. With outdoor showers, fully equipped kitchens, Power back up generator on site every convenience is at your fingertips. Private and visitor parking are available. A $25 one time fee per car per stay is collected by the community security guard at your check in.

The properties are ideally situated near a variety of attractions, including natural wonders like waterfalls, Hacienda Carabali, and the Fajardo Bioluminescent Bay, as well as cultural hotspots such as nearby Luquillo food kiosks, a casino, an outlet mall, and ferries to the Spanish virgin islands of Vieques and Culebra.
