Clean, spacious, newly-renovated home w/ incredible balconies in Luquillo Beach area offers stunning views of beaches, ocean & El Yunque Rainforest. Pool area included with stay (for exclusive use by our guests -including any at our other 2 Villas) is located a short drive below your Villa & includes bathroom facilities as well as other pool amenities.

The Space:
This large newly renovated Grand Villa offers you all new furniture & appliances, air-conditioned bedrooms, backup power generation & water and sleeps 14 comfortably.
To make it even larger and better, we've recently completed the addition of three new bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, all air-conditioned and with the same spectacular view. **Please note these rooms are connected by a private outdoor balcony space.** You'll LOVE this Grand Villa with a total of 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living and dining areas & large, covered balconies to enjoy the million-dollar views.

It sits on a hill overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Luquillo Beaches and El Yunque National Rain Forest. The views are stunning in all directions! Staying here will give you the true flavor of Puerto Rico while its central location offers easy access to all of the island.

Located in Luquillo, just a short walk or drive from the famous Luquillo Beach and Kiosks (Kioskos), you are close to the airport, Carolina, Old San Juan & El Morro to the west & Fajardo, Ceiba, Vieques & Culebra islands to the east.

Guest Access:
The entire house and surrounding front yard are available to you. The yard has papaya, mango and avocado trees - help yourself when they are ripe. The backyard is off limits because the land is quite steep. Agape' Anchor guests have exclusive access to our private pool. This includes guests from our other Villa, so you will share the pool with them if any are staying there. The pool area is quite large (20 by 40 foot pool) with large sunbathing areas and covered gazebo (it's similar to a hotel pool in size and amenities). There is plenty of space for everyone and only are guests are allowed access to it.

The Neighborhood:
Agape' Anchor Villas is located in a serene and safe neighborhood located on a hill overlooking both the beaches of Luquillo and El Yunque National Rain Forest. The neighbors are mature, trustworthy Puerto Ricans who built their houses here 20-30 years ago when the area was first developed and they raised their families here. Many of their children stayed and live with their parents or close-by in the neighborhood, called Fortuna. Only a few minutes from the beach and Luquillo Kioskos (walking or by car), you are centrally located in eastern PR - San Juan and the airport, Carolina, Rio Grande, El Yunque, Fajardo (largest marina in the Caribbean), Ceiba (ferry to Vieques and Culebra islands), Caguas and the "Pork Trail."

Getting Around:
Transportation to and from villa does require a rental car (Uber and Taxi are not reliable once you arrive). We are walking distance to the beach and kiosks (~5-10 minutes).

The Villa is located in Fortuna Luquillo, approx. 38 km east of the San Juan Luis Munoz Airport. Agape' Anchor Villas is pinned on Googl Maps for GPS. Look for the yellow and orange Agape' Anchor Villas signs once in the neighborhood to direct you the rest of the way.

Other Things to Note:
The Garden of Eden Pool is located a one minute drive from the Villa and is shared with guests (if any) staying at our Villa Jardin. The Pool is located below the house but not at the house and you cannot walk to it because of the steepness of the backyard at your Villa. No guests are allowed to go into the backyard.

Your Villa has whole-house backup power generation and back-up water. The Villa is air conditioned. There are times when island electricity and water go out. We strive to provide backup electricity and water when unreliable island infrastructure fails. During extended outages, please note that backup electricity is generally available every day from at least 5 pm to 10 pm. Backup water tanks hold 1200 gallons of water for your use that will last two or more days if you conserve.
