Cette cabane en rondins de luxe décorée de manière professionnelle peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes. Préfet pour toutes les occasions, Southern Comfort dispose de 4 chambres à coucher et de 3 1/2 salles de bains. Une grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec de nombreux sièges et espaces de rassemblement. Quelle façon de se détendre après une journée dans le parc en regardant un film sur votre écran de théâtre privé de 9 pieds ou en vous relaxant dans votre bain à remous à 101 degrés. Faites une partie de billard ou de hockey sur glace dans la salle de jeux située à l'étage supérieur ou réunissez-vous au niveau intermédiaire en famille dans la salle à manger-cuisine et le salon. Il y a un gril à gaz sur le pont arrière pour préparer des steaks! Internet sans fil gratuit est standard avec toutes nos cabines!

Elk Resort staff very responsive with ongoing texts with reminders and directions. The cabin was beautiful and in a nice location. Spacious and enjoyable for the family! Will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, very private and peaceful, in a densely wooded area, yet close to the busy center of Gatlinburg. The hosts are very accommodating. Easy check in and out, clear instructions. The house itself is a bit outdated, but quite cozy and very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and so is the entertainment room. There is no driveway but a parking spot for 4 small to medium size cars right by the front door; the hot tub fits only like 3 adults. Overall the home is well maintained and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to a large family or a group of friends.

Southern Comfort Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was very clean and overall a nice cabin. There is not enough seating in the game room/theater room. There is only 1 couch in that area. We had to bring rocking chairs from outside to have enough seating for all of us. We had a few maintenance issues including the refrigerator leaking water down through the bathroom ceiling on the bottom level, the dryer was broken and we had to go to a laundry mat to dry our clothes that were already washed and the ceiling in the upstairs bedroom leaked when it rained. Maintenance was called for all the above issues and they responded immediately.

Gatlinburg ‘25

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is nice overall. I will say that we were very disappointed in the bed pillows and linens. Under the pillow cases we found dirty, yellow from sweat pillows. One has spots of what appears to be blood stains, this is disgusting and unfortunate. On our second day while in the hot tub, two women pulled up in a Ford Explorer with trash bags on the roof from other cabins, they proceeded to empty them into the outdoor bins for our cabin. We asked that they not because we would have nowhere to put our trash. At first they said that’s what they do and it would be picked up later in the week leaving ours full despite the cabins around us being unoccupied. They changed their mind after we complained to them and removed the bags.

Southern Comfort Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would say the pros of the cabin was the location. Everything is about 15-20 min drive which isn't terrible. The cabin was pretty clean minus some of the dishes that had to be rewashed. I will say although I did enjoy my stay here there were some minor things that bugged me. like I mentioned the dishes had to be rewashed before using. The cabin was highly outdated compared to some other ones I have stayed in. An example of this are the TV's. No smart TV's in any of the rooms. The "theater area was also outdated and when I called customer service they tried to help but it wasn't much help so we were unable to use it (It could be due to user error but still customer service was not the best). Overall I would say our stay here was 7 out of 10. I would probably not stay here again and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here who is looking for updated amenities.

We enjoyed our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday at the Southern Comfort Cabin. The area is amazingly beautiful and the cabin suited our needs. There were 8 adults and we had room to spread out and have privacy if needed. We did have to purchase toilet paper and trash bags the first day we were there, which is not a huge issue, but our normal experience was to have a 2-3 day supply before having to replace these things. The upstairs TV would not work for us (due to a connectivity issue), the pool table is in poor shape, and the air hockey table has the wrong size puck (impossible to keep the puck on the table, and yes, we know how to play air hockey). All in all, these were not game changers for us as we didn't intend to play pool and air hockey the whole time, but it would have been nice to have the entertainment area in great working order when we did try and utilize the amenities, especially for the price you pay at this specific time of year. The kitchen was well stocked with the normal kitchen necessities you would need for your home away from home experience. Overall good experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice place. It was in a nice area. For the most part, it was a very good experience, except for the last night some neighbors moved into another rental for the weekend and were very loud all night long. Tried to contact the Renter. He said it was out of his hands, and the police would have to handle it. I called the police, and they said there is no ordinance against loud noise. So he couldn’t really do anything. It’s hard to believe that a place would have no ordinance for disturbing the peace. It is one of the most basic ordinances out there. Oh well except for that incident it was great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was fine. It did fit our party of 8 comfortably but the cabin itself was not very clean. The floors in the downstairs bedroom were sticky and the floors were dirty. The beds were not the most comfortable and the bedding was itchy/ cheap. The cabin only came with a minimal amount of utensils so it was not accommodating for a party our size so I would bringing your own. The water pressure is terrible and the towels were very stiff and felt used. The location was about a 15 minute drive to Gatlinburg and a 25 minute drive to pigeon forge depending on traffic. Overall, we picked this place because of price but will definitely be staying somewhere else in the future.

The cabin was nestled in a fantastic location with breathtaking views from the porch that offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere—just what we needed to unwind.The furniture and beds were incredibly comfortable, making our stay cozy and relaxing. We were thrilled that the jacuzzi was fully operational and provided a perfect way to relax, especially since we've had previous experiences at other cabins where the jacuzzi didn't work. The home theater was a fantastic addition, allowing us to enjoy a memorable movie night together, while the pool table and air hockey table provided endless entertainment.The cleanliness of the cabin was impeccable, and everything was in excellent condition. The management staff was responsive and helpful, especially when we needed a trash pickup—they handled it promptly and professionally.Overall, our experience at "Southern Comfort" was top-notch, and we would highly recommend Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. We can't wait to return!

As a plumber I would definitely recommend getting new ultra flush toilets because the ones there are old and needs work. I wish that the cabin would have been more handicap friendly. I say that because the bedrooms are etheir upstairs or downstairs and when you have a grown man who can't walk it made it very difficult for him to get to the bed or to take a shower.
