Our cabin had everything we needed while also being comfortable, beautiful, and roomy. The location was convenient to area attractions like Dollywood, yet close enough to get free deliveries using Walmart Plus while still being remote enough to be in the woods and surrounded by the wilderness we were looking for. The customer service team and the maintenance crew were all very kind, patient, and quick to respond to any questions or issues we had, and given the opportunity, we would stay here again.

Hot tub was a hit although on the smaller side for being able to house so many people in the co do, the hot tub can not accommodate. Overall we would stay again.

Four Seasons Summer

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were overall pleased with our rental and although some of my comments may seem petty I believe they could improve the future experience with just a few minor adjustments. Our cabin was very dark inside, 4 light bulbs were either out or burned out during our stay. The grill was very old and the grill brushes were not something I wanted to clean the grill with. There was no binder with instructions for the door locks, hot tub, grill timer or trash pick up or check out procedures.There were no hooks in any bathroom to hang shower or hand towels. Again this may seem petty but two other members of our family had issues that were much more of an inconvenience than ours, such as a refrigerator that didn’t work for almost 48 hrs upon arrival. Another had bathroom fans that blew air in not vent it out. Not things you expect upon arrival, and my wife and I recommended Elk Springs to them. We kinda took some grief for that. So again not huge problems on our end but on some of our families it was.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin is expensive considering the shape and lack of amenities. There were not enough towels for our party and no towels for the hot tub use. The cabin itself could use upgrades, the worst part was the horrible carpet in the bedrooms, it was actually sticky ! No one would walk barefoot on it, like I said for the amount of money we paid it should have been in better shape. We did enjoy our time there because the family was together but would never rent another cabin with so many stairs again, they need to replace the shower heads as well.

Family Christmas at Four Seasons Cabin

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our check-in was delayed 5 hours. We were told the cabin would be decorated for Christmas and there were zero decorations for 6 children to celebrate Christmas. The house wasn't clean. The kitchen was very disheveled and under stocked. The house is very loud due to hardwood floors and no rugs.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve rented cabins in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge about 12 times and this would fall in the bottom ranking. The cabin was not clean when we arrived. Luckily I brought dish washer and laundry detergent. The towels had a funky odor (and hair!) so I immediately washed all of them. The washing machine was broken so it took a good bit of time. I also suspect the dishes were previously washed without detergent so I washed those as well. The most disgusting thing however, was the hot tub. I specifically asked about it when making the reservation and was told it was drained and cleaned before check in. Very clearly this was NOT done. A person from maintenance came over but just wiped down the insides and got the funk out of the drain. Hot tub funk became the joke of the weekend and nobody from our group put a toe in it.This trip was our family Christmas. We did this instead of exchanging gifts. Out next trip to Gatlinburg will not include this property rental agency. I get it—- good help is hard to find, but there has got to be more reliable cleaning services.

It was close to the National Park and to town but fr enough from town to enjoy the quiet nd beauty of the area. The category related to the “ co diction of the property” was rated a 4 because the gas grill was too dirty to use and the arcade game in the game room did not work. We brought these two items to the attention of the property mgt. Company upon our checkout. So whoever flows us renting should have had those issues addressed.

Only a couple of things that could be improved is the gas grill is really rusted out and needs to be replaced. The arcade game worked well except player 2 controls are not responsive. Other than that it was fantastic. I plan on booking a small cabin for my wife and I in the fall thanks again for everything.

Would love to stay here in the winter with all the fireplaces. My only complaints would be the downstairs shower heads need replaced and the washer and dryer are on the top floor and the washer knob needs replaced. Other than that no complaints.

Nice Smokey Vacation

The property description was accurate with location, layout and amenities. It needs some updating with the cushions in the enclosed patio on the 2nd floor. They should be stored away when not in use.The property was somewhat cleaned the cleaning crew could have done a better job. The barbecue grill was filthy it was unusable it should be replaced.The rental office provided good customer service with any of my request.We enjoyed downtown Gatlinburg, Dolly Wood, Skywalk bridge, Pirate Voyage Dinner & show and Ripley's Aquarium. The property was conveniently located between Gatlingburg and Pigeon Forge. We saw many bears and cubs at Grotto Falls, Cataract Falls and Cades Cove - Great Smoky Mountains. Overall the vacation was a great success with family.

It was stocked with exactly what was needed during our stay. Location was perfect in a very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the mountains, hiking, Anakeesta and Dollywood.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a former cabin owner in Gatlinburg, I found the community itself to be very pretty and private. However, the cabin had many problems, like a noisy heating unit in the attic that kept waking us up through the night. The coffee pot was functional, but ancient, and much of the furnishings were tired and worn, especially the leather(?) sofa and chair upstairs. The provided hand soap was nice, but there was no soap tray in which to put it after use. And the sink in the upstairs bath was slow running. Lastly, I was suspicious about the cleaning before we arrived. We found a long, dark hair in our sink, though neither of us have long, much less dark hair, and we found coffee grounds in the coffee maker when we first made coffee the next morning. Most of all, we were annoyed by all the threatening notes throughout the house regarding fines and punishment. I would have thought one note would have been sufficient. Have you had trouble with frat parties?
