Erika from VRBO was good keeping us abreast of next steps towards check in. Once we arrived it was very easy to access the unit and it was very clean, well decorated and as described. The onsite contact, Melissa Gonzalezâs was very prompt and helpful in handling anything we needed. We had 5 adults and there were only 2 pool towels so she got us additional right away. There was a problem with a room darkening blind and she arranged for the property manager to address it right away. One other issue that came up was with the spin cycle on the washing machine. It would not drain completely. She arranged for it to be checked. Turned out it was a warranty issue which would be addressed after our stay. She offered to do any laundry we needed cleaned. She was very helpful. Thanks Melissa. The unit was very well outfitted although we were told initially there was a drip coffee maker but it was a Nespresso style that took special pods of which we could not find in any stores. There was some pods for the maker that were flavoured in the unit. We had brought our own ground beans so we purchased a drip coffee maker and left it for the unit. If there was anything we could suggest is that perhaps some sort of umbrella or shade that could be utilized on the lanai as the sun shines there all morning. The A/C worked great so we slept well and the beds were comfortable. The pool was very nice. There are limited loungers which could be a problem if busier.
