Las Olas Oceanfront Surfer's Paradise, Unité d'extrémité au niveau du sol de 3 chambres

Situé sur le spot de surf de renommée mondiale Zipper's et La Roca à Costa Azul, ce condo de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain a été récemment repeint et meublé avec tout le confort et les commodités de la maison. Nouveaux appareils, barbecue à charbon de bois, WiFi, 2 téléviseurs avec Amazon Firesticks et 1 TV avec lecteur DVD. L'emplacement de l'unité d'extrémité du rez-de-chaussée avec un grand patio et un coin repas extérieur offre une belle vue sur la piscine et 3 bains à remous ainsi qu'une magnifique vue sur l'océan. À quelques pas de l'accès à la plage et de 3 spots de surf de classe mondiale. L'avantage de l'unité d'extrémité signifie qu'il n'y a pas de circulation piétonne ou d'activité, ce qui rend cette unité très privée!

Le condo est situé à 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Los Cabos (SJD), à 10 minutes de la vieille ville pittoresque et charmante de San Jose del Cabo et à 25 minutes du centre-ville de Cabo San Lucas.

Plus de 150 restaurants à proximité (y compris des fermetures à glissière juste à côté, District Eat + Drink et La Marea de l'autre côté de l'autoroute). Nous avons également une grande épicerie (La Comer) à 5 minutes, Costco à 20 minutes et Walmart à 5 minutes. Plusieurs plages publiques à moins de 10 miles, chacune belle et unique en soi. Plusieurs terrains de golf publics sont également facilement accessibles.

La propriété est protégée uniquement par une porte d'entrée et une sécurité 24h / 24. Le gestionnaire immobilier habite à proximité et est facilement disponible pour vous aider.

Stayed here with another couple and had a great time. Perfect location to walk beach. Watched surfers each day. Description very accurate and ground floor was awesome for walkout to pool and patio. Would book again!

Spacious and inviting

The property is easy to find and convenient to San Jose del Cabo. Great views of the ocean and on the main floor, so easy access to the beach and pool. Comfortable furnishings. The property manager was very responsive to questions and requests. Would stay here again.

Las olas

This is a great home base location to explore Los Cabos. We had some great meals in San Jose, fun times spearfishing in Cabo San Lucas, and fun surfing the pacific the east cape and right in front. This was our second stay at las olas. The ground floor is a convenient walk out to the pool and beach and is isolated from the road noise.

Great stay at Las Olas in Cabo. The ground floor unit really sets this place apart - direct pool access makes everything easy, especially with kids or just going back and forth throughout the day. The beach is also very easy to get to, and the whole property felt safe the entire time.The unit itself was clean, spacious, and well set up. Three bedrooms worked great for our group, the air conditioning worked well, and there were plenty of towels which is always appreciated.Only thing worth noting is the hot tub rules. Like a lot of places in Mexico, kids under 13 aren’t allowed in the hot tub. It was a bit frustrating, but pretty standard down there so something to be aware of ahead of time.Cost is high, but that’s Cabo in general - everything is expensive, so not unique to this property.Overall, I would absolutely recommend this unit and would stay here again.

A beautiful quiet spot right off the highway in San Jose. The place is a bit dated, the rooms are very dark with odd lighting. But the intention is to spend most of your time outdoors, the pool and the beach are lovely.

Costa Azul trip

Great location, ground floor right off pool and patio. Property management and staff very accessible and responsive. We’ve stayed at Las Olas several times before and this unit is our favorite. We usually come in June or July. August is very hot and humid however. AC running 24/7 and power went out several times. Overall a great trip!

Great location!

The condo accommodated all of our group's needs perfectly. Three of us were surfing, so the location on the bottom floor made it great to just grab a board and go. The condo was well appointed with supplies and very comfortable. There was a restaurant within walking distance just down the beach on the sand, it was perfect. There was a grocery store near by that was also convenient to stock up on supplies. We had a great time. A couple guys in our group stepped on sea urchins, be very careful if you're going in the water. There was a clinic nearby and my friend was able to take her son to some care. It still didn't damper the trip, will come again.

BOOK THIS NOW

This is a perfect property!! My family and I LOVED this condo. My husband and son walked straight out to surf daily... surf board rental a short walk down the beach. We walked to 7 Seas and Zippers Bar and Grill for a few meals. We shopped at nearby grocery store and enjoyed many meals in the condo at the beautiful dining room table watching the waves just outside the patio doors. Can't imagine a better location or condo ANYWHERE. Thank you to the owners for sharing your property with us. The communication was IMMEDIATE. Literally minutes after texting with a minor concern I had a response and a solution. The employees at the condo are all super friendly and helpful. We felt totally secure. You will NOT be sorry if you stay here.

The men in our group are avid surfers and discovered Las Olas years ago because of it being right in front of the best surf break in Cabo. We are thrilled to be owners of the best unit in the complex, due to it's ground floor location right by the pool and beach. We look forward to hosting you and helping you to also fall in love with this beautiful, relaxing retreat.
