Las Olas est situé au KM 28 sur la plage de Costa Azul, à quelques pas du fameux restaurant Zippers donnant sur une belle plage de sable blanc que vous pouvez parcourir à pied et plein de récifs, ce qui vous permet de nager et de faire de la plongée. Juste devant, il y a trois spots de surf célÚbres dans le monde entier à deux pas. Fermetures à glissiÚre, The Rock & Old Mans. Que vous soyez un débutant ou un pro chevronné, saisissez votre planche et vous serez sur les vagues en quelques minutes.
La ville de San Jose est Ă  5 minutes et a plus de 40 galeries d'art et plus de 100 restaurants. Il y a un super marchĂ© Ă  3 minutes en voiture et l'aĂ©roport est Ă  seulement 20 minutes en voiture. La ville de Cabo San Lucas est Ă  seulement 15-20 minutes en voiture (arrĂȘt de bus directement en face). Le condo est entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© avec des comptoirs en granit et tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Cette unitĂ© est situĂ©e au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, unitĂ© de coin, trĂšs privĂ© et calme avec une vue Ă  180 degrĂ©s sur l'ocĂ©an. Ce condo est vraiment l'une des meilleures unitĂ©s que Las Olas a Ă  offrir. Lorsque vous sĂ©journez ici, vous aurez une expĂ©rience inoubliable avec le confort d'ĂȘtre Ă  la maison et le plaisir d'ĂȘtre en vacances tout en un. Nous avons Ă©galement une petite salle de sport, des courts de tennis et une porte gardĂ©e 24 heures. A bientĂŽt, j'espĂšre!

A Perfect Vacation

Spectacular view. Sunshine and sandy beach. Swimming pool and hot tub. Comfortable and spacious condo. The relaxing vacation with friends I craved. Way better than a crowded all inclusive resort.

The condo was a good size and the beach and pool were wonderful.

You need a car to get anywhere, as there are no sidewalks and the road is a major highway. Uber was a good choice for transportation.

Great Location

Property right in front of The Rock. Conveniently set up for people who enjoy surfing and others. Pool and common areas are well maintained and fun for everyone to enjoy a day at or by the beach. Beach front property allows you to monitor what goes on in the water. We enjoyed it!

Great beach.

Overall a good experience. A little to close to the road ( big truck exhaust brake noise). The other guests although polite were not overly friendly.

Quiet Location on a great property

Arriving to cold beer and fresh chips and salsa was such a nice welcome! Ricks condo is quiet, corner unit with a beautiful view of the pool and the beach! Some of the units have a lot of highway noise but this is one is so quiet and nice. I loved getting up early and sipping my coffee on the balcony and enjoying the gorgeous view and watching my family surf! Large, clean, nicely decorated with comfortable beds, upgraded bathrooms and large living room. The surf locker was an extra bonus. Rick was very communicative and responded to all our questions quickly. The condo could use a few more bowls and wine glasses but otherwise it was perfect for us. Overall Las Olas property is safe and great for surfers, families and anyone really wanting to relax and enjoy Mexico. We look forward to another trip to Las Olas and hope to stay at Ricks place again! Thank you!!

Safe - fantastic location & views!

The condo is very spacious and overlooks one of the area's best beaches for swimming and surfing! Multiple surf breaks are just offshore and the beach stretches for miles. The unit comes with a convenient board locker, so no need to haul your boards upstairs. The grounds and pool patio are immaculate. The pool is very clean and the property has 3 hot tubs, so there was almost always at least 1 unoccupied. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching sunrises & sunsets. The area feels very safe as well - my teen daughter walked miles along the beach alone with no problems. We left our sliding doors & windows open 100% of the time and only locked the front door at bedtime and when we left. There are a couple of beach bars next door, so easy to grab some lunch/dinner or drinks. The location is also super convenient to restaurants and supermarkets (La Comer was amazing for morning coffee & pastries - way nicer supermarket than many in the U.S.!). Rick was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great

We recently stayed at this unit over the New Years Break. The unit was very spacious and recently had been updated. The linens and towels were all new and the unit was very clean. Upon arriving, there were chips on the counter and some beer in the fridge. My only complaint was the AC did not work the first day and the owner came and told us we had to keep all the windows and doors shut. My husband called him later that evening to let him know it was not working and he hung up on him and said he would deal with it in the morning. Thankfully one of the maintenance people on the property was able to turn on the valve in the guest bathroom and get it working for us. Overall, our experience was excellent though. We loved the beach, right past Zippers and spent a lot of days having fun out there. Loved that the kids could swim in the beach there.

Wonderful place for us

We loved that this is a condo property and not a loud resort with loudspeakers. People were very polite and we appreciated that there was quite time after 10. It was wonderful for each of us to have our own air conditioned bedrooms, and the condo supported our every need for the week. The view was spectacular, the sound of waves ever present. There was plenty of comfortable seating on the deck in and inside. For those that are concerned about sun damage, there are no umbrellas by the pool with the exception of at some tables well situated overlooking the water. However, our host provided very high quality umbrellas for use at the beach which made all the difference. Even though we could have just sat around and really enjoyed this property, when we decided to go out, we were so close to San Jose we were able to get Ubers everywhere and our transportation was so inexpensive from this well situated property. Our host was very responsive to our needs from the very beginning of the transaction to our last day, and we very much appreciated having his condo for our weeklong vacation and we were SO SAD to leave it!!

Awesome location and great views

We loved staying here, with such easy access to the beach for surfing or hanging out. The pool and jacuzzis were perfect, right next to the building we were staying in. Parking was easy too. The unit itself was well equipped and spacious enough for the six of us. We would definitely stay here again!

There was no communication with prop mgr, or check-in. Owner provided all the details needed Well appointed and remodeled. Cabinets and doors should have been replaced too. Floors quite dusty Value? May be a little over-priced given location. But, quiet and not at all crowded. SJ del Cabo is a pleasant respite from the Cabo hustle

This is a large unit with ample hang out space. IMO probably best location in the condo building. Well-appointed and comfortable. Very beachy, beach-accessible. Easy to get in and out of. Will be back, thank you Rick.
