Registered guests have access and rights to the parking area for the duration of their stay, ample parking for 2 vehicles, a 3rd is possible; Driveway is shared with adjacent property

Note:
- All bookings are subject to a 3rd party I.D. verification process and Damage Waiver (with fee) or Damage Deposit (with fee) , failure to be approved by the I.D. process may void your booking.
- The use of glitter for celebrations or craft projects or other uses is prohibited. Confetti is allowed only if it is fully cleaned up by guests. A cleaning fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any glitter or confetti left behind.

Guests can contact us via the Airbnb app from 7am -10pm daily, with phone support from 10pm - 7am for emergency concerns.
