- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


PARKING
You will have access to the driveway with plenty of parking space.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.


Parkland Beach is situated on the northern shore of Gull Lake surrounded by woodland and rolling hills. Nearby communities offer, shopping, recreation, schools, churches, and restaurants. Parkland Beach is just 15 minutes from Sylvan Lake where you can find all kinds of microbreweries, farmers markets, and U-pick farms in the summer!

- 12 minutes from Bentley, and thirty minutes from Ponoka, Lacombe, and Red Deer.

- The beach is only a 5-minute walk away and has a playground, floating dock with a water slide, boat launch, washrooms, beach volleyball nets and baseball diamond. There is a secondary boat launch at Marina which is just beside the popular Gull Lake general store called Jorgey’s which offers paddle board and kayak rentals.

- In the summer, residents and visitors can look forward to long days of water activities, fishing, sun-tanning, barbecuing, and pelican watching. The fun doesn’t stop when it snows; Gull Lake is known for its excellent ice-fishing. A skating rink is also cleared and maintained each winter.

- Gull Lake Golf Course is just a stone`s throw away and offers a fun, yet challenging course for all ages.


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 5 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although a single non-shedding pet under 30lbs is permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Guests must confirm current fire bans prior to using the fire pit. Any tickets issued for fires during a fire ban will be billed directly to the main renter on file for the respective date(s).

This is our second stay at this property, it is quiet, clean, nicely situated close to the lake, great area to walk, bike, skate & snowshoe, close to amenities, the neighbor is a bit nosy but nevertheless seems harmless after you answer all his questions

We had a wonderful weekend at this getaway cabin. It was clean, cozy, and had plenty of space. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there, including a fully equipped kitchen. The cabin is very close to the lake, and there’s a great selection of books, board games, and toys. Highly recommend for a relaxing escape!

This was a great way to recharge us. Banff and Canmore are getting too busy this was away from the noise. Check in was fairly easy it would be nice to be able to do so before I leave home rather than on the hour incase you have issues with our phones etc.

You're going to love your stay here! It's clean, comfortable, and private. The beds are comfortable, the linens wonderful, and the towels nice and fluffy. The furniture is comfy with lots of pillows to help you relax. There is plenty of outdoor seating for dinner or just relaxing. It's clean and well kept. And it has lots of natural light streaming through the windows. With our children nearby, we hope to be able to stay here again.

Awesome place

Beautiful little property for adults and family. Everything in this cabin is all set up to have a very enjoyable stay. Lots of room, toys , games, tv, sitting areas on two decks. Very close to the lake and beach. Ample parking for two vehicles. I will definitely be back for another trip. The hosts were amazing and responded very quickly on any questions. I highly recommend this property.
