Ce charmant condo de deuxième niveau est situé à un pâté de maisons de Golden Peak, sur le flanc de la montagne de Gore Creek. Emplacement parfait une courte promenade des remontées mécaniques Golden Peak, Gondola One et des boutiques, restaurants et animations de Vail Village. Cette unité présente du parquet, des plafonds voûtés, un décor charmant et une grande table de salle à manger. Il y a une échelle intégrée au grenier qui peut être difficile pour les très jeunes enfants ou les adultes plus âgés. Overall, our stay was okay mainly because of the convenient location, but unfortunately the condo itself did not justify the price we paid for four nights. (Pictures attached)The unit is very outdated and worn in many aspects — from the furniture and plumbing to the kitchen equipment. The condo is also quite cluttered with old furniture, some of which is visibly worn or falling apart. Several chairs were broken and there were chipped glass-top tables and sharp metal and glass corners, which made the space feel unsafe, especially since we were traveling with a child.Another concern is the layout of the bedroom. The pathway between the bed and the dressers is extremely narrow, with hard corners very close together. It requires constant caution when walking through, particularly at night, as it would be easy for someone to bump into something and get hurt.The shower in the bedroom bathroom was not working during our stay. We did notify the manager, and they said a plumber could come the next day, but the timing didn’t work for us since we were not comfortable having someone enter the unit while we were out. The second bathroom is also extremely tight — it’s difficult to even sit on the toilet normally due to the limited space.Overall, the location is very convenient and we still had a good time in Vail, but the condo itself feels very old and in need of a full renovation. With the price charged for the stay, we expected a much better maintained and updated property.

Although older than expected, location in Vail Village is terrific. Unfortunately, Vail management was unresponsive to a problem encountered.

Great location and great light. Comfortable beds. Nice carpet. Completely fine. Walls need paint. One window cracked. A chair has a broken leg. Funniest quirk is that in one bathroom (the other is fine) to sit on toilet you have to wrap leg around sink post. You really have to be committed.

Condo was nice and location great. Nothing earth shattering but the 2nd bathroom is extremely awkward and small. Kitchen has no counter space and need to state specifically that the cooktop is only a small, 2 burner RV stove. Very hard to prepare large meals. But we had a great time. Thx.

Loft needs actual bed, do not stay here with more than 4 people!

The "loft" had things that were shaped like beds, however no human could neither sleep nor fit on one for a full nights rest. Our shortest guest (5'5") still had his legs hang off of the excuse of a bed. As a landlord, I am extremely aware of how simple it would be for the owners of this condo to do the right thing and replace whatever they consider the items in the loft to be with an actual mattress that a human can sleep on. Do not stay here with more than four people. Hopefully the owner will make sure this condo sleeps 6 people after this review.

Oktoberfest Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo met our needs as it was close to the Oktoberfest venue in Vail East. However, the walls are very thin and we could hear everyone in the other units in our building. Also, there was something that irritated my allergies in the unit. Not sure if it was a cleaning agent/detergent that was used or something else. Also, there is no on-suite bathroom for either bedroom. The second bedroom is extremely small.Other than that, the kitchen is well equipped, other than there are no hot don't bake unless you bring some with you. Plenty of towels for the bathrooms.

The loft was very difficult to access with a steep ladder and felt unsafe. The beds in the unit were not very comfortable. The kitchen had very little counter space and was quite awkward with no island making it difficult to prepare meals. The stove top was very small with only two burners front and back making it difficult to access both. The furniture was dated and not very comfortable. The second bathroom was tiny, making it very difficult to use the toilet. The location was good. Amenities were minimal. Washer dryer access was in the basement two floors down and required payment. I would not stay here again.

Vail East condo

The location was a 5 minute walk to Riva Bahn lift. Gondola One would be around 15 minute's with skis (not our first choice, but doable). The condo was clean, as stated in other reviews, the furniture in main room is very uncomfortable, way past the time to replace. The kitchen was well stocked, and clean. The beds were comfortable, the dresser in master bedroom was so unstable we didn’t use it, needs to be reassembled, it rocks back and forth. The bathroom off kitchen is tiny, if you are a bigger person, this won’t work for you, but, the heater was great in small bathroom. The loft is best for younger, more agile people. You need to climb a ladder. My daughter (26) was fine getting up and down, older people, I wouldn’t do it. Overall, because we came to ski, the location worked for us! A bonus is the private parking spot( the village parking is crowded).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a very good location. Just a 5 minute walk to the Golden Peak chair or Gondola 1. The walk is slightly up hill. It's also a very short walk to the shops and restaurants. It's a very compact unit in the living and kitchen area. One bathroom is reasonably sized. The other under the loft is VERY small. If you are over 6' tall it's almost unusable. The two bedrooms are also reasonably sized. The furnishing are showing a lot of wear in the bedrooms especially. The kitchen had lots of dishes, utensils and glasses. There are only 2 burners on the cook top and almost no counter space. The outside deck and grill were nice to have. As the pictures show there are lots of paintings. Almost feels like a museum or your grandmothers house. Overall I would rate the unit as adequate and the location as excellent.

Annual Ski Vacation to Vail

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented at Gore Creek in the past. The location is great and within 5 minute walking distance to Gondola One in Vail Village. The main bedrooms were nice along with main bathroom. The kitchen was spacious and easy to prepare meals. The gas fire place was nice to warm up after a great day on the hills. Even the neighbors were nice and had a dog that we enjoyed as we are pet lovers. The only negative comment would be the bathroom off the kitchen is to be desired as the layout for the sink and toilet was not the best. The loft sleeps two, but is a little climb if you have small children.Parking spot was convenient and easy to unload luggage and ski gear, well maintained daily.
