The Space:

🌊Spyglass 105A is designed for easy, comfortable beach living. The bright and inviting living area features a 75″ TV with Roku for movie nights, streaming, plush seating, and windows with views of the Gulf. A fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar and granite countertops makes it simple to prepare meals, whether it’s a quick breakfast before hitting the beach or a seafood dinner at sunset.



🛏️Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs with cable to watch your favorite shows. The primary suite includes a queen bed, private bathroom, and luxury linens for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed, perfect for kids or friends. The living room sofa bed provides additional space for larger groups.



☀️We’ve stocked the condo with everything you need for beach days—chairs, an umbrella, boogie board, and sand toys—so you can skip the rentals. You’ll also have plush bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for a hotel-style experience. An in-unit stack washer/dryer makes it easy to keep beachwear fresh.



🚗Parking: One on-site parking space is included, long enough to fit two vehicles stacked. Space is limited, so oversized vehicles and trailers are not allowed. If you need help finding overflow or offsite parking, just let us know.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full access to the condo, the community pool, and private beach access during your stay. We provide self check-in via smart lock—your access code will be sent midday on your arrival date so you can head straight to your vacation without any delays.
