** Tous les nouveaux meubles ont été ajoutés à chaque suite du Phoenix All Suites West Hotel, situé en bord de mer, à Gulf Shores, en Alabama. Les travaux de modernisation de l'intérieur ont été achevés en décembre 2016. **

My stay

A bit disappointed about how dated the unit was. Ex popcorn ceiling, no vanity space or kitchen counter space. The carpet in the bedroom had visible spots and the unit didn’t smell clean. It took the water 30 minutes or more to drain after a shower. For the amount of money we spent for a 3 day stay, l expected more.

Service was wonderful. Condo not as expected

The staff and property director were awesome! The condo was not as expected for the price. I’m only leaving the review in case someone needs the beds and is staying more than a night or two. The appliances are outdated, the sofa bed was noisy, and the hall bunks are very short. The bed linens were very rough and difficult to sleep on. The bathroom is very small and a towel bar was off the wall, and plugs wouldn’t stay in the outlets. Updating linens, the quality of the sofa bed, and kitchen appliances would go a long way. Two family members left and drove home at 10pm to avoid the sofa bed. Again, people are amazing and the condo has potential. You just need to know what you are actually getting in the condo itself.Another note. There is only one parking pass. If you have two cars, you have to leave your car in an unattended parking lot across the street.

35th wedding anniversary

The stay was great, the room was as describe online. My only complaint is that the balcony was closed from 8:30am to 4:30pm for repair maintenance and some of the elevator did not work. Other than that, we will book again when visiting.

Nice condo

Very good location, great view, easy access to the beach Not large but for the price much nicer than I anticipated. Very friendly at the front desk and in general.

Fall break

We live pretty close, but just wanted a couple of days of family time during fall break. Our kids love the beach and we love to bike, so we decided to book this unit in Gulf Shores. The unit was perfect size for our family of 5, and the full kitchen was nice for preparing breakfasts/lunches.the second toilet was also very convenient. The unit was pretty clean overall. However, the ceiling fans were gross! They looked like they haven’t been dusted in a year. Also, there are no blinds in the master bedroom, just curtains that don’t stay together, so we had to stack pillows in front of them to hold them together for privacy from the walkway. The kitchen in the unit had been updated, but the carpet in the bedroom and the bathrooms could use some attention. Overall, for the price, it wasn’t a bad deal
just not sure if we would stay again.
