Stay in the heart of Downtown St. Louis at this stylish and spacious 4-bed, 2-bath loft on Washington Ave! With exposed brick, high ceilings, and modern comforts, this loft is ideal for groups, families, and business travelers seeking a prime location with urban charm.
THE SPACE
â Bedroom 1: two-room master bedroom with a queen bed in each room, along with a private bathroom
â Bedroom 2: double bed and twin bed, no bedroom door
â 2 Bathrooms: Master ensuite + hallway bathroom
â Kitchen: stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with essential cookware, dishes & glassware
â Living Room: comfy sofas along with one 50" flat-screen TV, 100 "projector TV, air hockey coffee table (non-working), & a queen sleeper sofa
â Dining: Dining table seats 8 + 2 barstools at the breakfast bar. Take the wood top off the dining table, & it converts to a poker table
â Private Balcony: off the living room

Long-Term Stays (stays over 28 nights): $400 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed
â CAMERAS: The apartment building has security cameras on the exterior (facing the front door of the building), interior hallways (facing down each hallway), and if the WIFI unit door locks have cameras, and these cameras record 24/7
