My friends and I had a great stay! Everything was communicated very clearly and proactively. We were able to use the kitchen to cook a lovely meal. Great location in the city. Very clean and comfortable space.

We loved this property and the neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. It’s bigger than it looks in the listing photos. Lots of room to spread out. Somehow the vrbo email with our check in instructions did not get sent to us, so we had to reach out with questions via the app, and the owners replied quickly each time. We’d definitely return!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay here. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Parking was easy. The neighborhood was beautiful and felt very safe and was a great location. We were able to walk to some great restaurants, including well met cafe for breakfast and Sasha‘s for dinner. Eddie and Brandon were extremely helpful and responsive, and everything about our stay felt easy. We especially appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedrooms, was very helpful with our four young children. Would definitely stay here again!!

It was a great stay. The location is awesome, the street was quiet, the property was modern and clean, and the owners were very responsive. I'd stay there again.

Neighborhood was wonderful. Basically a cute place, nicely stocked kitchen, clean but very spartanly furnished- not many pictures on the walls, some furniture was beat up, zero extra blankets for beds available. The listing was inaccurate and claimed a twin futon in the living room, which was just a couch. Had an issue with communication with hosts where there was a lack of integrity.

Cute house in a great location

We loved the house - bedrooms were spacious and we had everything we needed. It was clean and charming and the location is central to all the tourist things we wanted to do. Plus, several great local restaurants right there.

The botanical gardens are one of our favorite places to go which made this location perfect for us.

Great location! If you are looking for a quiet spot, centrally located, where you can easily park your car and walk to a dozen or more local spots, than this is it. There are several great places for coffee within a few blocks, an amazing bagel place on the corner, donuts, and hand pies and gluten-free pastries are within a few minutes walk. Also a couple sweet small markets for cold beverages and snacks. Despite pretty dramatic fluctuations in outdoor temperatures, the apartment stayed cool when needed and comfortable when the weather dipped low. When we had a question, Eddie and Brandon were quick to reply. it worked great for our family of four who were out and about most of the day and ready to crash by ten.

We found everything we needed, from spices to baking dishes as well as kid friendly dishes and cups. When I let host know we were out of dish soap, they brought it.Unit was clean and ac worked great to keep everything comfortable and we had a couple warm days as well as some cool ones. Loved the radiators and they kept us warm and cozy.The hosts responded so quickly and checked on us numerous times to make sure we had everything we needed. Neighborhood was great and quiet. We never had an issue with finding parking after our activities.It is an upstairs unit so you will have steps up to unit and to take out trash or do laundry. We would definitely stay again and recommend to our family and friends.

Terrific property with lots of charm and plenty of room for four adults to spread out during our six-night stay. We loved the location within walking distance of both the botanical garden and Tower Grove Park. Easy on-street parking right in front of the building. The kitchen was excellent - one of the best equipped we've stayed in which was helpful as we cooked several evening meals. We appreciated the plentiful coffee! The dining room table was great for meals and for lots of game playing at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable too. And the host was super responsive as well. Would definitely stay again.
