Les spinnakers sont à côté des restaurants Island House, ce qui permet une promenade facile à la plage et aux piscines du club en bord de mer, au restaurant en plein air Pelican's Nest et au golf. Profitez de la vue lointaine sur l'océan depuis le balcon de la chambre principale. De grandes baies vitrées dans le salon et la salle à manger offrent un aperçu de la vie sauvage de Seabrook.

735 Spinnaker a été remodelé avec une belle cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit, de nouvelles armoires, appareils et plus. Les caractéristiques comprennent parquet, terrasse avec barbecue au gaz, TV, lecteur DVD. Il y a des fauteuils et une table de salle à manger pour apprécier la compagnie des autres

La chambre du premier étage peut accueillir trois personnes et dispose d'un lit queen size, d'un autre lit simple, d'une télévision et d'une salle de bain complète à proximité. À l'étage, la chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision et d'une salle de bain compl��te. Les portes coulissantes en verre mènent à un balcon avec vue sur l'océan lointain - idéal pour se détendre après une journée à la plage ou admirer les étoiles la nuit.

Les cartes d'agrément vous donnant accès aux installations du Seabrook Island Club sont comprises dans le loyer. Ces cartes vous donnent accès aux piscines en bord de mer (en saison), au restaurant / bar en plein air Pelican's Nest (en saison), au restaurant / bar Island House, au golf et au tennis. Des frais supplémentaires sont facturés pour toutes les activités sauf l'utilisation de la piscine extérieure.

C’est une villa qui accepte les animaux domestiques, alors vous êtes le bienvenu à emmener votre chien à Seabrook. Un supplément pour animal de compagnie à appliquer si vous amenez votre chien.

Great Stay on Seabrook Island

My husband and I stayed with our two girls ages 10 and 14. The property was just as described and very clean. The location can’t be beat as it is across the street to beach access. Overall a wonderful stay!

Great condo close to the beach

We had a great stay for Fourth of July week with our 2 kids and 2 dogs. The unit is so close to the beach and is well stocked. It could use some cosmetic fixes but overall was comfortable and clean.

A Perfect Beach Escape - Steps from the Sand!

This property was absolutely perfect for our beach getaway! The access to the beach, literally steps from the front door, was unbeatable. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and taking early morning walks along the shore. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Whether you're looking to lounge by the beach all day or explore nearby attractions, this spot has it all. We can’t wait to return for our next vacation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay by the ocean!

Great location and very nicely decorated

The property was a short walking distance to both the beach and the pool area which made the location very convenient. It is nicely decorated but could use some new mattresses for added comfort. The property management team was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to our calls and inquiries. We will definitely rent from them again for any future Seabrook Island vacations.

Close to the beach

This property was great for our stay! Great layout. It was very close to the beach. The barrier island makes the ocean much calmer at the closest access point which dampened my kids’ boogie board hopes. The flip side is that the calm water is great for dolphins! We saw a large pod of dolphins!

Nice location

Overall, we were happy with the location…walking distance to beach #9 although we ended up taking the kids to the beach closer to pool and cafe…they enjoyed the bigger waves and easy access to ice cream and snacks! We did enjoy beach #9 for the gorgeous sunsets. We enjoyed riding our bikes to the pool and shops. The villa felt spacious enough for 2 kids, 2 adults and a dog. This is our third time at Seabrook and just love it!!

Great stay could use upgrade

Location was great. It is across from walkway to beach and short walk to clubhouse for pool. Checkin process was super easy. Furniture has been upgraded. Place could use renovation and more towels. It served its purpose as our stay was not long. Lower bathroom shower head could use some maintenance and the curtain holder upstairs was non existent on one side. Overall great stay. We will go back to the area.

Great condo perfect for our family of four. Huge windows, very pleasant and easy all around. 5 minute walk to beach via walk #9. Love Seabrook! I saw sea turtle hatchlings (!), dolphins, and herons, osprey, egrets, pelicans...We enjoyed bike riding on the beach - Seaside Cycles delivered bikes to the condo before we arrived and picked up after we left.

House was a little more dated than expected. Water damage on ceiling upstairs. Dishwasher smelled when ran. Broken item at sink upon arrival. Overall, clean enough and fine for a short stay.

Love being right across street from the beach

Villa was nice. Not the most updated but is great if you want to bring a pet. It was furnished with everything we needed. Location is good, close to beach and pool. The electrical plugs in the upstairs bathroom were not working had to plug my hairdryer in the bedroom. No big deal, I'm sure they will have that fixed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Good but not best for small dog

Some issues but overall worked out for us. Two considerably ripped towels in bathrooms , replaced as soon as we called. Not sure who would consider these rags usable. Railings on the stairs inside and on the deck are dangerous for a small dog, two wide so our dog (dachshund), could easily jump. Had a large rogue waterbug (roach?) In lower cabinet/ drawers. Bought roach traps. Location is perfect. Kitchen is well equipped.

Great location, wonderful property!

This was the best of our three visits to seabrook island. The property was located across the street from beach access which was especially helpful with young children. Also prime location within walking or biking distance to beach club and golf club. We would love to stay here again for future visits and the property managers were great in communication and making sure we had a good experience.
