The stay was very relaxing. The pools were very refreshing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again in a heart beat.

There was the worst experience I have ever experienced in my life this place was nothing but a teenage drunk party . Loud vulgar music all night long.drunk teenage kids fighting and screaming not a place to take your adolescent kids, the worst experience of my life

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I have lived around and visited this area for eons, and this was the best place we’ve ever stayed! Kids loved it and didn’t want to leave! Beautiful decor (with a kitchen sink that made me happy to do dishes), well kept and clean, perfect view to have your coffee, perfect view, pools, and lazy river for adult sippy too ;). 10/10 would recommend! Thanks for the stay!

Beautifully updated unit!

The space was great! Much larger in person. Very clean and beautifully updated. Everything functioned great, no issues. We had a great time! Would recommend going to shell or cotton beach nearby. The tram brings you to the beach, but it’s a pretty long walk. We did have a difficult time finding our parking spot and elevator to the room. Definitely ask for better instructions prior to visit. Overall would highly recommend! Amenities were great and we really enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Signature properties was great! Very accommodating, answered every question quickly, great checkin (got us in early) - super nice people! The condo description was accurate, it's a really nice, big condo. It was clean, beds were comfortable, VIEW IS GORGEOUS! The downsides for me ... There are no lamps in the loving room?? The only lighting is the ceiling fan (very bright) and the hanging light over dining table (very bright), so no cozy lighting for TV watching. I would also mention, there is a hot tub RIGHT BELOW the balcony, and because it's level 4 (low), you can hear the noise. On our 1st night, there here was a party in the hot tub (20+ sitting around it) with very loud voices and very loud music. We literally couldn't hear each other talk and had to go in, very disappointing as the balcony is our favorite part of the trip. So, we would not rent this condo again because of the loudness on the balcony ... just too noisy for our liking.
