L'endroit idĂ©al oĂč sĂ©journer pour les personnes venant rendre visite Ă  leur famille Ă  Porto Rico ou pour aider au rĂ©tablissement de l'Ăźle. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bĂ©nis et notre studio est en bon Ă©tat aprĂšs la visite de l'ouragan MarĂ­a.
L'appartement est situé juste à droite sur la plage d'Isla Verde, prÚs des restaurants et du supermarché Super Max. Idéal pour les touristes qui veulent profiter de la brise des Caraïbes et d'une belle vue sur l'océan depuis l'appartement. Si vous voulez profiter du temps chaud de Porto Rico à un prix raisonnable sans compromettre le confort et la sécurité, vous apprécierez notre endroit. Vous pouvez prendre un bus devant le condo et visiter Old San Juan, Piñones, Plaza Carolina Mall et plus encore. N'oubliez pas de lire les rÚgles et rÚglements pour louer avec nous et si vous avez des questions, écrivez-nous un message. Il est trÚs important que vous respectiez les heures d'enregistrement et de départ et que nous recevions votre itinéraire de vol pour coordonner la remise des clés et de la télécommande pour accéder à la copropriété.

Fantastic spot on the beach and perfect condo for what we needed! Rosa was very kind and understanding. Only complaint was the creaky elevator, but that was completely out of Mrs. Monroy’s control. Would most definitely consider booking again given the chance of us coming back!

It is a convenient location. Just a few minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to Old San Juan. Plenty of food options around.Check in was not super convenient. There is a gate with 40 key lock boxes hanging from either side of it. You have to locate your specific box, and then use the combination to get into it. Not an easy task in the dark. The master key works for all of the gates onto and off the property as well as the lobby door. Unfortunately, the gate locks are deteriorated and I couldnt get through the gate to the beach. Once I was able to get a hold of the owner, I was told another way to the beach which wasn't very difficult. The condo was very clean. And the towels smelt wonderful! Photo is a view from the room.

Overall, this was perfect for our week long stay in PR. The place was clean and had everything we needed including a small kitchen, laundry facilities, beach accessories, A/C, and bathroom accomodations. I wish that the shades in the room did a better job at leaving light out, in addition, being near a busy intersection and street, traffic can be heard so bring earplugs BUT this was still a great location you can't beat. You have great access to the beach, a short drive to San Juan, a 24/7 supermarket across the street and great restaurants in the area. When we were there the elevators were being serviced but one was still in operation for most our visit. Rosa was very responsive when we needed help and I definitely recommend this place for a couple staying in PR. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

Beach get away!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was spotless and extremely well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. One of the best parts was how close it was to the beach—just a short walk away! The owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. We would definitely recommend this spot for a couple looking for a relaxing getaway.

Property was as as described, having the windows open hearing the ocean was my favorite part. Kitchen utensils and beach chairs and towels helped greatly. I will book again on my next trip, thank you very much

Fun spot, hard to breath after a while i think due to black mold i saw in bathroom upon arrival. Beautiful beach right outside. Good beach chairs and accomodations

Comfortable condo by the beach

The apartment was clean and comfortable, host was very responsive and accommodating, and the beach was literally steps away. The building itself can benefit from TOC and updates, but overall it is safe and well-located.

Perfect Stay

The location was perfect! There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The beach is beautiful! We stayed here for a quick getaway and it was amazing. The manager was very helpful, and it was so easy to stay in contact with her.

Great spot!

First time in PR- this place was an awesome location. The only thing is it does get loud at night with traffic. The beach being in your backyard is clutch! So much better than any resort!

Hi, I am Rosa Monroy, the wife of Jimmy Thordsen, both owners of this studio apartment that once was his bachelor's apartment. You can find information about me in facebook and also about my husband, he played Basketball in the Puerto Rico National Team. Now he enjoys Golf and I show Yorkshire Terriers.
I have enjoyed also working in real estate doing short term rentals. Its a legacy that my mother Hilda Castro left with me. She taught me to rent her house and collect payments when I was a teenager.... it somehow clicked in my head and I had continued to do so in different ways.
