9 day stay

We had a pleasant stay here. The host was available when needed and attentive to ensure we were comfortable. I love to cook but, the place did not have a kitchen however, the accommodation of a grill on the roof deck was a delight and we got to enjoy the views of the area. Gracias por todo!

We did not receive a code for entry until I had sent a message. Instead of one lockbox, there were three so we had call and find out which one to use. The AC was not on so it took a couple of hours to cool down. The apartment appeared as though no one had been there for quite while due to the spider webs in the shower and a two spiders. We also had a couple of cockroaches and multiple ants. The pillows were flat and sounded as though they had cellophane inside. The pictures definitely did not portray the amenities.

Everything was perfect, clean, and in a good location. Communication with the owner wasn't that great in the end, since the WiFi wasn't working the last three nights of my stay. I never received a response regarding the correct password. But other than that, everything was good.

One of the nicest places I stayed during a week in PR. The second night there were other guests upstairs that were very loud. We had to leave for a flight at 2:30am and they were still partying upstairs. However, that was the only downside. There was a hairdryer, microwave, and fridge, and it was clean. The street parking was a bit crazy like everywhere else we stayed but there were always a few spots open when we got back. They also provided beach towels. Overall, the nicest place I stayed on the trip.

Clean, functional layout. Comfortable bed. Super easy to communicate with the owner and get the code for the key. Shower had plenty of hot water. Felt very safe being above the sidewalk level. Felt safe with the heavy gates and safety cameras around the property. TV & AC were easy to use. Morning coffee on outdoor deck was peaceful and enjoyed ending each night at the rooftop private oasis listening to the sounds of neighbors and the coqui frogs with views of the city. Across the street is a small produce shop that sells tropical flavored treats & drinks.

Great time! Would stay again!

This was my first time visiting PR and I had to book a last minute stay. This was also my first time using Vrbo and Jose was very kind and communicative during the entire process! My partner and I had a comfortable and cozy time in the apartment and although we were in a new neighborhood with locals, we felt safe thanks for the cameras surrounding the exterior of the property and Terrance. Speaking, the terrace is sooooooo beautiful!!! By far our favorite part of the stay!! We didn’t want to leave! We experienced 2 black outs in PR (part of the nature of living in the island) but Jose has a back up generator and was attentive to this. When my partner and I arrived to the apartment after a night out, Jose was able to meet with us and help us get the generator running so that we could have power throughout the night. My main feedback for Jose is to have detailed steps for check in and to label which keys are for which locks (this was a bit confusing at first). Overall great stay and would come back again!

My husband and I just left there Today and I must say it was the most clean safe and comfortable place we 've stayed in years.The owner is great unserstanding and friendly.I recommend anyone to bookit.It is small neat comfortable and cozy.
