Last min trip

Room was everything that I expected perfect and prime location beach is a walk away drinks and food walking distance.i had a rental but chose to uber a lot more because of parking and the Ubers were so cheap close to everything will definitely recommend and will definitely stay again

My partner and I enjoyed our stay. The property is within walking distance of the beach, grocery store and multiple restaurants. We were able to cook as well, which was nice.The host was timely in his responses and very kind. We felt safe as well during our stay.

Ok place to stay

The location of the property is very convenient, walkable to stores, beach, restaurants. The place itself is an ok place to stay. The size of the property is small, perfect for a solo traveler but the place can use some renovations and the bed was very uncomfortable. The linens and towels were clean however, one of the beach towels had a brown stain on it.

Comfortable and quite

The property is small but it is comfortable. It was clean and the property manager was really nice, explained things well and was easy to contact.It is a couple of streets back from the ocean but easy to access. It is in a residental area so it pretty quite. Great coffee shop and good food close by, also friendly little bar/store close too. Great price.

Close and convenient

Needed a place to stay to wait for the rest of my party. I caught a late night flight this place was clean close to the beach and walking distance to everything. There are other units also available.

Great for a quick stay

My partner and I needed a place to stay before we boarded our cruise the next day. This was perfect for a place to shower and sleep. Place was clean and had no issues with any of the amenities. Only downside was there was a small leak in the room. No big deal but we did have to avoid it. The bed also wasn’t the most comfortable but again -it wasn’t a big deal due to us just needing a cool, clean place. Would stay again.

I did not like how small the property was, you can hear everything and kept getting woken up by neighbor right across the room playing music right outside the door all day and the doors are very loud when you open and shut them. Also the neighbor loves cats has about 5 so there was cats everywhere and I’m allergic so I broke out all over my leg. She captures cats off the street I was told. Honestly I felt like I was being watched 24/7 because soon as you open your door, the lady is right there
shower curtain was molded at the bottom, also was webs hanging from kitchen and bathroom. Needs dusting and was a stain on the blue blanket.

You get what you pay for

Just the factsSmaller than the pictures presentThe bed is Still hard (everyone complains in the reviews) We purchased a foam bed topper.Real cheesy wash clothsGrossly unprepared kitchetteNo hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sink. Shaving with cold water is not my preference. The hand soap in the bathroom was the size of a breath mint.No basic condiments.As a landlord myself I understand the affordability and ease of adding a few extras to create customer satisfaction.
