Located in Lexington, this lovely recreational vehicle is a dream. With 1 queen bed in the cozy bedroom and a bonus living room with a sofa bed, guests can relax in comfort. Amenities like a hair dryer, heating, washing machine, WiFi, and AC ensure an excellent stay. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
Property is located on 5 acres of land including a beautiful 2 acres fresh water pond. Enjoy over 300 ft of waterfront. The location for this Tiny RV Home has its own designated property area with plenty of trees keeping the dwelling secluded, yet the pond is still visible. A secret type garden with chairs, fire pit, hammock, and a picnic table allows for a staycation vibe. A truly picturesque scene.
Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Located in Lexington, SC the Hidden Secret tiny rv home is 200 feet from a 2 acres fresh water pond. Maybe meet Harold the Muscovy duck. Get to downtown Columbia or USC Colonia Life Arena in 25 mins on a busy day! This location is like being in the country yet only minutes to the city! In either direction you are 12 mins from I-20, I-26, and CAE airport! Business or pleasure enjoy your stay! Only 1 hour from the Masters in Augusta, GA!
The Tiny RV Home is cozy. All room s are accessible minus the storage compartment under loft stairs. Property boundaries are marked. If ventured to another property, neighbors are friendly and can help let you know. Pond does have a boat available upon approval. Permission must be asked and approved before use of watercrafts. Fishing is a catch and release.
This is a no smoking zone. This includes inside the Tiny RV Home and outside around it.
E-cigarette or vaping is permitted outside.
By county ordinance Minimum Guest Age booking requirement is no less than twenty-five (25) years of age
