Upon receiving your report about the refrigerator, our maintenance team promptly visited the property to assess the issue, arranged for an appliance technician, and provided ice in the meantime. We were prepared to supply a mini refrigerator if necessary. Fortunately, the technician was able to replace the required part and restore the refrigerator to working order. Regarding the cats, we requested photos to better assess the situation and determine the appropriate next steps, not because we doubted your concerns. You respond to us indicated that the cats appeared to move between neighboring properties and that you might be able to bring them to a humane society. We were not informed during your stay about the bites or rabies vaccinations, so we were unaware of these circumstances at the time. Regarding the extension of your stay, our rates are dynamic and may change based on demand and availability. The updated rate reflected the pricing applicable to the additional nights. Your request for a refund for the unused nights following your early departure could not be accommodated under our long-term cancellation policy. Thank you for sharing your perspective.
