Eat at the dining table or Bar-B-Que on the wrap around patio, which has a beautiful view of the courtyard and pools plus a bonus view of Medano beach and the Sea of Cortez. Quiet mini split A/C's and ceiling fans in all rooms will keep you cool during the warm summer evenings. For your entertainment pleasure, there is a 65” Flat Screen Smart TV in the living room that has 100's of channels to choose from, such as all the US networks, lots of Sports channels and a large variety of childrens programming. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world the condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service giving you (300 Mbps) ideal if you have to work with your computer while you are on vacation, plus phone service with free Local & International calling.
