Fun neighborhood, convenient location, plenty of space!

Bedrooms were comfortable, cozy, pleasant dining and living area. Convenient washer and dryer in apartment. Owner very responsive and communicative. Steps from cafes, bistros, restaurants and nightlife.

Points faibles : Propreté, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce.

Very disappointing to say the least. First of all, there’s no lighting at the entry point and you have to climb a series of steep stairs to get to the entrance to the apartment. So if you don’t get there during the daytime, it is pitch dark and Can be very challenging to figure out how to even get into the apartment. Needed to pull out my phone light and search around before we could get in. Once inside, it was extremely hot. There’s no centralized air conditioning. Just a window unit that is used for the entire Five bedrooms. And it’s only in the common area and does not serve any of the bedrooms. Their are fans in the bedrooms, but all it is doing is circulating very hot air. There was a mobile air-conditioning unit that was in the apartment, but all it did was pour out hot air out the back, making the apartment even hotter, And did not do much to cool down the apartment. Plus, it was leaking tons of water and we had to use multiple towels around it to prevent the floors from being completely flooded with water. The overall quality of the apartment is very poor. The pictures do not do it in justice to truly represent the quality of the beds as well as the lack of room to even get around the beds due to the extremely small size of the rooms. To top it all off, we had to open all the windows to let a little bit of the cool air in during the evenings and none of the second floor windows had any screens. In fact, one of our little one
