Very good location, the property was clean, and the photos accurate. We managed to park in the spot with a medium sized SUV, although as other reviewers stated, it was extremely tight.

Outstanding location! We could walk to tons of restaurant and points of interest. Easy access to Metro lines for places farther away. The apartment was very comfortable for 5 adults for a full week.

A great space! There is plenty of room and even laundry. The location is perfect, a quiet street in one of the city's coolest neighborhoods. There is even a Pixi bike station right outside the front door, so it's easy to get around.

On a quiet, tree-lined street, this property is conveniently located to McGill and the Mont Royal Parc. Metro stops are less than a 15-minute walk. Three Queen bedrooms, none sharing a wall with another, each have a sink - very convenient! Our group was mother and daughter, and good friend - and the space allowed for private & social time. The kitchen is updated, and we all enjoyed the small outdoor space next to that kitchen where we could enjoy hot drinks or a glass of wine. The indoor temperature was easy to control and very comfortable. Diya was extremely helpful with dining suggestions, and there was additional information about Montreal sites inside the apartment. This rental is not a slick and soul-less apartment. It's comfortably worn and homey. Pillows and mattress may need attention, and the towels are somewhat thin. But we would absolutely stay here again!

This was a perfect location - we felt very safe and things were close - grocery store just a 10 minute walk. Each bedroom had a sink which was a nice feature to keep the main washrooms clear of extra bags. One of our guests had mobility issues and the condo was on ground floor which was a bonus. Communication was great, everything was what we expected. Parking spot was a small issue when a family member came to visit. Their car was small, but they could not fit in due to the car in the next spot over. We would stay here again!

Great location near Parc Mont-Royal for our group of 4 attending World Cycling Championships. We could watch racers at the end of the street in both directions-only 900m from the finish line. Few blocks to McGill metro stop with upscale market - one of us studied/lived nearby. Initial issues -not having the lock code, seeing some 'riff raff' (throughout Montreal) - otherwise lovely neighborhood, and muddy entryway. The rest of the unit was clean. We met a visiting professor that lived on the street. Minor issues with outlets, lights etc., but extra outlets, fans, etc. Very spacious, comfortable, and incredibly quiet. Excellent mattresses. Nice kitchen - owner left some Keurig cups/coffee and a shopping bag, generous dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponges paper towels. Excellent water pressure. Electric heaters in each bathroom. Conditioning shampoo, body wash, toilet paper and hand soap in bathrooms. Several hair dryers. Bring your own soap for extra bedroom sinks. Huge laundry room: detergent, a sink, baby items (high chair, pack-n-play, play-yard), extra pillows, light bulbs, some sports equipment. Fenced/secure back patio adjacent to the alley parking space. One of the patio chairs slightly broken, two new chairs against the wall. Owner is upgrading the towels in amount and quality, as well as other upgrades/minor repairs and better entryway cleaning. A couple of blocks to trendy restaurants and cafes. Rue Basset 2 way during the race so can get in/out.

The apartment was clean and had all the essentials (kitchen supplies, towels), plus some extras. The manual the host provided was comprehensive, not only for the property but also for suggestions for things to do in the area. The location is perfect both for touring McGill and seeing lots of great Montreal landmarks. The apartment was a little darker than the photos suggest, but it was comfortable. I don't know how it is in the summer, but on the below-freezing days we were there, the temps inside were perfect. The host is easy to get a hold of and the check-in and check-out processes were clear. Note that the parking space is tight, so it's not recommended for a large vehicle (we had a crossover/small SUV, and it fit fine).

Wonderful place to stay

My husband, myself and some friends stayed here over the Victoria Day long weekend. It was a very nice home, very clean, quiet and in a great location. It had everything we could think of. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again. The check in and check out was seamless and the host was very friendly.

Fantastic first trip to Montreal

4 day trip to Montreal to look at colleges and the apartment was outstanding. 3 terrific bedrooms and lots of space with ideal location to get around Montreal. Diya was more than accommodating and very helpful during our entire trip. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Montreal.

Comfortable, tidy and close to many things to do!

We stayed here with another couple for a long weekend. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean. We used Uber to get around several places and found the location convenient. Extremely convenient to walk to Mont-Royal; it's right there. Diya was easy to communicate with and we found everything just to our liking. Thank you for your hospitality!

Warm and comfortable apartment in Montreal for a family of four (parents and two teens) visiting for a winter vacation. Each bedroom even had a personal sink with mirror, so there was never any need to wait for the bathroom! Kitchen stove was great - 5 burners that heated up very quickly. Coffee machine and electric hot water kettle was fantastic for the morning mug of whatever you want. We rented a Toyota Rav 4 SUV - parking space was a bit tight, since it was a snowy February, but we made it work. Location is near McGill; we drove everywhere (Bromont, Theater St Denis, BioDome, Notre Dame, Ice Hotel-Quebec City, etc). Ate too much poutine, bread, and drank many glasses of Caesar cocktails. Canada is lovely. Had a good time.

The hostess was very helpful and communicated well. The property was excellent and located well for coffee shops, restaurants and access to downtown sites. It is an excellent 3 bedroom apartment that has been thoughtfully designed and well-cared for.

A grand time in Montréal

Our family of 4 had a wonderful vacation at Le Grande MTL. The unit is in a great location on a quiet residential street, within easy walking distance of McGill, Mont Royal, shops/restaurants on Boul. St Laurent, and Metro. Slightly longer walk to Old Montréal. Property pictures and description are accurate. Kitchen and bathrooms are older, but very clean and everything worked well. Vanities in all bedrooms were a nice feature. It was also nice to have a reserved parking space. The host (Diya) was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if in MTL.
