Discover this lovely 3-bedroom gem in Holmes Beach. Relax pool side in lush landscaping at our home just 1.5 blocks from gorgeous Holmes Beach. We offer 1 king bedroom with en suite bath and 2 queen bedrooms with adjacent bath on the second floor. Also on the second floor you’ll find a relaxing getaway second family room that includes a queen leather sleep sofa. The main floor boasts a huge great room with a large sectional sofa, dining room table with seating for 6, and tons of daylighting overlooking the pool. The huge covered deck also overlooks the pool and includes dinner seating for eight. With amenities like 5 flat screen smart TV’s, a gourmet kitchen, washing machine, dryer, AC, and WiFi, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. We're available to answer any questions you have to ensure you enjoy an epic beach vacation on Anna Maria Island!

The place is beautiful and the host is very accommodating checking in with us before, during and after our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.We have been vacationing on AMI for 13 years and our family agreed this was our favorite place.

We stayed at Playa Palma over spring break. If you’re thinking of booking this location, just do it! It’s large, clean, and provides a relaxing atmosphere for the family. The quick access to the beach was more than ideal. The host was always available to speak with if needed. Five stars and can’t wait to get back again!

Everything about this property was beautiful, inside & out! It was super clean with short walk to the beach. All the extras such as pool, hot tub, games, grill, outdoor showers & many beach accessories came in handy. We would definitely recommend & stay again!!

This vacation was perfect- the house was incredible. A great location (easy walk to the beach), stocked with amenities like beach chairs, wagons, coolers. The pool and hot tub were amazing - we spent hours just lounging and being together. The house is beautiful, like a real home and not just a vacation rental. We would recommend this place to anyone who wanted to have a nice relaxing time on the beach. The owners were so communicative and helpful before and during our stay. You won't regret it!

Our one week stay at Casa Playa was AMAZING! The property is beautiful, inside and outside. The pool and landscaping are gorgeous. The home was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owners have truly thought of every detail. We cannot wait to come back next year!

Amazing Home, Hosts, and Vacation

I cannot say enough positive things! We had such a wonderful vacation at Playa Palma. This is a beautiful property. The host Naomi was great and went above and beyond making sure we had an amazing stay. This was hands down our best VRBO experience. We loved the pool and all the nice special touches that our hosts placed in this home. Thank you Naomi! We would love to stay again!

Amazing Property

The property had everything listed and more. It had so many extras. The property managers were so kind and responsive. We had no issues with the property whatsoever. It's close to the beach, has an awesome pool and spa and is clean throughout. We would definitely rent this property again without hesitation.

Beautiful home

I highly recommend a stay at Playa Palma ! This home was everything we could have hoped for from cleanliness to anything you would possibly need while away from your own home. Naomi’s prompt replies were impressive and very helpful while our family was at dinner and she kindly was able to adjust the hot tub temp from her phone so we could enjoy it as soon as we arrived back. The 2 min walk to the beach was lovely and convenient. We enjoyed the home and beautiful pool so much that we rarely made a day on the beach sand . Absolute paradise !

Playa Palma is located on a quiet street just a four minute walk to the beach. It's a perfect house to relax with family or friends. We have a long pool and comfortable lounge chairs. There are plenty of beach toys and beach towels at the house for your use. All you need is your swimsuit! There is a washer/dryer for your use in the laundry room.

Every bedroom has a TV along with both living rooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you will need for a comfortable stay.
