Loved this house! The living area and kitchen is perfect for a large family. Location is great and a very short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. We would stay here again!

Had a minor issue at check in as the cleaners had not been there. The owner contacted them and they came out and did a thorough job cleaning. The owner worked with us regarding it and we were pleased. The golf cart use was nice. Nice home in a good location close to the north end of the island. We enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach. We would return to this home in the future.

House was great! Lots of room. Beautifully decorated. Great location. Walk to beach and town. Communication was excellent. The pool area was very nice and private but you can hear cars from the road. I would absolutely recommend this house.

It is a great house and a perfect location. Great communication. Just needs some updates/repairs (could use some painting, steps down to the pool need repaired, furniture in ping-pong table area, etc.). The house has lots of great space and extra amenities!

Pet-friendly, spacious, clean, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Beds were all very comfortable. Outdoor living patios and pool area were relaxing and fenced in perfectly for pets. One block from the beautiful beach. Wonderful family vacation! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Location, location, location!!!! Communication with the owner was excellent. Having 2 golf carts at the house was incredible. We didn’t have to waist time with drop off and picking up. The house was in good shape, just could have used a little TLC. There was no lounge furniture downstairs as posted but we made do with the furniture on the balcony. A few items were broken upon arrival but that happens with rentals overtime, and nothing big enough to cause problems. I would rent this house again.

Excellent house for large group

1 min to beach, lots of room for large group, responsive owner. All round great stay in a high end house. There is some road noise but didnt really effect the stay and proximity to beach and Pine well worth it
