This 5-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to San Antonio. Marvelous with 2 twin beds and 4 queen beds, this soothing retreat offers 3 bathrooms with hair dryers and showers. Enjoy the cool living room with a sofa bed. We hope you enjoy what our place and San Antonio has to offer. . Sleeps 14, fenced in backyard with BBQ pit. Large comfortable living area open to kitchen with large dining table and extra seating areas . TV trays. High chair, playpen, air hockey. Washer dryer and all the extras needed to enjoy it like your own. 5 minutes from Sea World and family fun places like bowling and theatres very close by. Extra sleeping areas upstairs and downstairs. Big Shower and Bedroom downstairs ADA compliant, ADA shower chair. Secure fenced in backyard. Duck pond and sports center within walking distance. Lots of places to eat and enjoy San Antonio living. Tesla charging station also available for additional charge.

2025 Family Vacation

Perfect place for a large family. Location was great! Communication with host was fast and check in was a breeze. The only thing that was missing from kitchen was spoons .

The house was not cleaned. There was trash from the previos visitors still in the house. The floors felt dirty. The house really needs a deep cleaning. Communication with the host is not the best. I would say go elsewhere.

The house left a lot to be desired . Beds did not have clean sheets.One of the rooms had serious cat hair on the comforter, my daughter's deadly.Allergic to cats . If you have a cleaning service, I would suggest you go over with them.The cleanliness of the house, doors need to be cleaned baseboards.There was soap scum in the showers.No, toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. Next door dogs barked all night. Broken sofa. Nice house just needs to be cleaned.

Beds are comfortable. Water was standing in bottom of dishwasher wasn’t able to use. Stains on some of the mattress. Not enough glasses for a large group. The neighbors have dogs that bark all night long. Other than that it’s a beautiful house.

Not as advertised

Unfortunately, our stay did not match the expectations set by the listing. Several things were not as advertised. The photos made the space look much more modern and clean than it actually was. There was only 4 bedrooms. So 2 of our guests had to sleep on a very uncomfortable couch. Upstairs there was advertised as having a single bed. My 6ft nephew woke up to realize it was two ottoman’s pushed together. He sank in the middle. When we arrived, after 4pm the cleaning lady was still cleaning. The cleaning lady said the towels are in the dryer just get them out. The parking only allows for 2 vehicles. The owner was very nice, but the house did not live up to our expectations.

This is the worst rental I've ever had. There are only 4 rooms - the listing lies about there being 5. There was 1 clean towel. There are no hairdryers or shampoo in the showers like the listing says. One of the "beds" is a stained couch on the landing in front of the 3 bedrooms. The upstairs gets UNBEARABLY hot throughout the day. The sheets were dirty and stained. Some light fixtures don't work, have 1 lightbulb present, and some have none at all. There were bins full of trash in the backyard, and chicken bones scattered about - important to note if you have dogs because this place says pet friendly. The neighbor's dog barks constantly during the night. There is no pool at the house. Finally, the host is rude and wanted to have their realtor show the house during our stay - when I said I would prefer not, they stated they would do it anyways because it's their property. I've never had an interaction like this with a host before. They also request for you to do cleaning that wasn't mentioned on the listing, even though they charge a cleaning fee. I highly recommend you pass on this place.

Ok here is my pros and cons list....PROS..Its a great bnb for a large group of people and accommodates all ages. Has everything you would need for a mini vacation. Cons... the property needs a good detail clean, and prehaps do a quality check on the cleaning crew as our bedding looked like it had been slept in (crumbs,hair ect)
