Great location to downtown and the Spurs arena. Plenty of space with comfortable beds. It is a dog friendly place with a backyard. Will definitely stay here again!

Adrian is a very gracious and responsive host. There was even chips and salsa awaiting in the kitchen for our enjoyment. The house is spacious and served well for our new years getaway of 2 families. The location is situated in an area close to the Pearl and downtown. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice home, located in mixed-use area

Very nice home. Very kid-friendly - toys, books, games available for use. Only negative was the location, which was one block off of a major highway and two blocks from active train tracks resulting in a lot of noise at night. It is next door to a barber shop and directly across the street from a restaurant. Very responsive host who immediately addressed our trouble with accessing the property.

The home is spacious and inviting. It has a remodeled kitchen with new appliances. The kitchen has an open design so the persons cooking can still be a part of the conversation with the other guests. The washer and dryer are new. The baths were remodeled and updated. The home has a good layout for entertaining, or a family stay. We had five adults. The four bedrooms made the stay comfortable for everyone. We chose the home because it accepts pets. The fenced backyard was large enough for our dogs to explore and be safe. The owner was responsive to my questions before the rental. Everything worked well so we had no need to contact the owner during our stay.
