L'unité 109 au One Ocean Place est située au premier étage avec une magnifique vue sur l'océan! Le bùtiment a deux ascenseurs de service, mais comme l'unité est au 1er étage, il n'est pas nécessaire d'attendre! Il y a 4 niveaux de parking disponibles. Gardien de sécurité sur place.

Il y a deux piscines extérieures profondes de 3 à 5 pieds et deux jacuzzis. Chaises longues et tables situées autour des piscines. Piscines et jacuzzis ouverts jusqu'à 23 heures!

Stationnement de deux voitures par unitĂ© autorisĂ© avec accĂšs par barriĂšre de sĂ©curitĂ©! L'ocĂ©an est Ă  deux pas de l'unitĂ©! Sauveteur en service directement en face de l'immeuble de 9 h Ă  17 h tous les jours du 31 mai jusqu'Ă  la fĂȘte du Travail! Location de chaises longues et de parasols disponibles! Very clean and homie. Had trouble getting into the room, due to lack of understanding the renters agreement. The host was very helpful when I called and walked me through step by step. Had complications connecting to wifi, but after speaking to the host he was again very helpful. The condo was very well stocked for a week stay. The AC worked great kept the place nice and cool while we were out. Anything we needed to cook with was available. Washer and dryer worked great. Shower had unlimited hot water and water pressure was amazing. The host had beach chairs and a beach umbrella available for us to use. Being 1st floor was a blessing. Didnt have to walk far to access the beach or pool. Location was perfect so many great attractions near by. Didnt have to travel far to find family activities. Beautiful veiw of the sunrise over the ocean from the pation. Very peacful not alot of noise at all, besides hearing the quite noise of the waves crashing. Beach was not over crowded like we expected. I will be happy to stay again next visit. Highly recommend.

The owner was great to work with. He immediately responded to any communication. We love the location and the set up of the condo. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Lots of space, great location

Love the space! It was perfect for my family of 4. The view of the pool and ocean was wonderful. Primary bathtub/shower was difficult for in/out access. Secondary shower was a bit of a challenge with the curtain, would be better with doors. There are plenty of kitchen appliances to make homemade meals. Washer and dryer was loud and dryer only worked on high, but the host was notified and was getting it repaired. Furniture could use some upgrading but functional. Host was very reponsive and in a timely manner. Instructions were very clear and everything is laid out for you. Would love it if he had a unit on a higher floor as sometimes I felt like passers-byers were looking into the unit. Overall would consider staying again.

1st floor unit beach level. The sounds of the waves were awesome. The sunrise was also fantastic. The weather was really great for this time of the year. It was a great mini vacation. Mike is a great host.

Fall-family beach trip

I am a repeat customer and I really like this condo. It is very clean and Mike is an excellent host. Check in is very easy also. View is phenomenal. Unit is situated between the Garden City pier and the new Surfside pier. My wife and I are walkers and enjoy walking to each pier. Restaurants are close by also. I definitely recommend this unit.

Great location

Great location on 1st floor, clean and neat. All appliances, beach gear and linens. Great communication with the owner, Mike. The location regarding restaurants, beach, traffic are all excellent. We will stay here again.

My stay was an average stay. Condo was clean and seem to have what I needed although we do not use the kitchen much. Twin bed was a little soft. Condo rules were clear but building rules are a little confusing. No reserving chairs at pool or parking spaces was not upheld. Reserving pool chairs sorry to say was needed as there were not many. Storing beach items in parking spaces was unacceptable. Although I was told I could park in the space, what would happen to my car when the owners of beach items came to get them. Condo and building could use some updates. I would stay there again, probably.

Beach trip

First floor staying was very nice. Easy access to the beach and pools. Everything was as described. The whole family enjoyed the vacation. Having the beach chairs and umbrella on site was a bonus! Communication with Michael was easy and pleasant. Will be looking to stay again next year.

Beach Trip

To say this stay was amazing is an understatement. The property is absolutely beautiful and the condo was so nice. This was the best trip I’ve ever taken my family on. Checking in and out was extremely easy and hassle free, condo had an amazing view of the ocean, the condo had everything you would need during your stay.

I am originally from New Jersey. I have been coming to the Myrtle Beach area since 1987 and moved here in 2003. I live in Murrells Inlet. I have a wonderful wife, 2 grown, married children and 5 grandchildren. I am a retired Senior Systems IT Analyst from ITT Industries in Clifton, New Jersey where I worked for 20 years. I served in the United States Navy from 1961 to 1966 aboard the USS Great Sitkin AE17 and the USS Laffey DD724 (Now at Patriot's Point, SC and the most decorated ship of WWII!)

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

It is a family oriented area and we cater only to family rentals. I chose this location because is centrally located near all major shopping areas and restaurants. The building is constructed of reinforced concrete and is meticulously kept as is the common grounds. The security guard on premises ensures the safety of all registered renters.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There is a great ocean view where you are able to see a spectacular sunrise most mornings, especially when you are eating breakfast out on the patio. Since you are on the first floor, you don't have to wait for an elevator. You can walk right to the unit if parked on the same level! Luggage carts available for renters use as well.
