A Cozy Cabin in Pinetop

Nestled in quiet Pinetop Country Club. It includes Wi-Fi, a smart TV, Keurig coffee maker and more. Outside on the deck you can enjoy your morning coffee, relax listening to the wind blow through the trees, and stargaze at night. The cabin is located near hiking trails, fishing spots, kayaking, paddle boarding, restaurants and Sunrise Park Resort. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a small family vacation, or a solo retreat, our cabin is the ideal destination. Note: no A/C or dishwasher.

This cozy, woodsy cabin is ideal for a small family, couple or solo traveler. Great to slow down and soak in the quiet and unwind. The space may be too close for comfort for two adult couples.

This mature cabin was built in 1984 and is unique and rustic please be aware of it's character.

There is not a dishwasher.

There is only one bathroom.

There is no air conditioning. There are fans and a portable swamp cooler.

It has a small water heater and has limited capacity for extended hot water usage. If multiple people take back to back showers after using hot water for laundry or dishes, it won’t accommodate that much hot water usage. It is recommended you break hot water usage into different times. This is why the number of guests are limited.

It is an A frame cabin with wall heaters and a wood burning fireplace. It is highly recommended that you use the wood burning fireplace as your primary method of heat. The wall heaters take time to heat up the space. We provide starter logs, wood, instructions and ask that you never remove the embers from the fireplace. *NO FIRES during fire season.*

Please note, during the summer months there maybe bears and other wildlife in the area.

We put a lot of love into this cabin and hope it feels like home to you. We ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own home.

White towels are not to be used for cleaning shoes, spills or other messy tasks. We provide rags for those purposes. Do not use white towels for makeup removal. We provide makeup removal clothes. Do not use white towels for the lake or other outdoor activities. We provide outdoor towels too.

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
