Quiet time in the Pines - Pet Friendly!

Welcome to TB's Treehouse! Everything you need to enjoy a quiet, relaxing retreat to the tall pines of Pinetop. The property features new flooring throughout and an entirely renovated kitchen featuring brand new appliances. Each bedroom has nearly new and exceptionally comfortable mattresses and bedding and plenty of closet space. Need to mix in some work with play? WIFI is also available as is a workspace in the Master Bedroom. A small balcony is also accessible in the Master Bedroom, a perfect place to bird watch and enjoy your morning cup of coffee. We are happy to welcome well-behaved pets as the property is equipped with a dog door and a large enclosed backyard.

Bath 1: Shower/bathtub combo, toilet, vanity, linen cabinet upstairs

Laundry: Commercial size washer and dryer, detergent and fabric softener provided

Kitchen: New Acacia wood countertops, new cabinets, lots of room for food storage, all new appliances including refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and k-cup coffee maker.

Entertainment: WIFI, Smart TV (Roku), Sonos speakers accessible via the Sonos app, boardgames, cards, puzzles, cornhole, and lawn games.

Comfort: Plenty of throw blankets, new bedding and towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided, hair dryer, ceiling fans in every room (no central AC), electric fireplaces for extra cool nights, keyless entry, dusk to dawn porch lights and a motion sensor floodlight in the backyard.

*The house is equipped with a security camera on the front porch which is only used for security purposes when the house is not in use.*

The cabin is located just a short 25 min drive to Sunrise Park Resort, Arizona's largest ski resort. Sunrise offers both summer and winter activities, including tandem zip-lining, mountain biking, rock climbing wall, lake fishing, skiing, snowboarding, ski bikes and so much more!

But don't let that stop you from enjoying your time in the cities of Pinetop-Lakeside or Show Low! Both offer a surprising assortment of dining options and fun activities for the entire family, including amazing hiking trails and as many lake activities as you could hope for at any of the (many) nearby lakes.
