Guests will have access to the entire property via keyless entry.

Please note:
- Weather Check: Be sure to check weather conditions for Big Bear before your visit. Snow chains, winter boots, and extra layers may be necessary in colder months.

- Trash: We kindly request that guests take out the trash upon departure.

- Heating & Cooling: The cabin has a wall heater and gas fireplace but no AC; the space heats quickly and stays cozy.

- No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited on the property.
- We do not allow party speakers, DJ, karaoke
- No music outside at all times
- No fireworks
- No unauthorized guests without letting the host know
- No shampoos, lotions or bath bombs are allowed inside the hot tub


Hosts and owners are not responsible for your or your guests' safety inside or outside the property. You understand the risk of drowning in the hot tub and take full responsibility. Children should not be left unattended in the backyard or near the hot tub at any time.

We have one outdoor camera that monitors the front of the property.

This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

As an alternative, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver through a third-party insurance provider:
