There are three additional bedrooms, two with queen-sized beds and deck access, and one with a twin over twin bunk bed plus twin trundle sleeping a total of 3. The reverse floor plan maximizes panoramic ocean views from the main living area, where floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light. The well-appointed kitchen boasts granite countertops, a wine refrigerator, ample cabinet space, and a pantry—perfect for preparing meals after a day at the beach.

The carport has covered parking for two vehicles. An extra-long driveway fits several more vehicles.
