Quite possibly the best property I’ve ever rented, and I’m the planner of all the things! The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need and more- I only recommend that people check the pantry before going to the grocery store! The house was beautiful and so well maintained- top notch- absolutely everything! Highly recommend!

Excellent sisters vacation stay

We stayed a full week at this property and completely enjoyed our experience. The home is well-appointed, wonderfully-decorated and in a great location with beautiful ocean views. Definitely recommend!

Awesome House

The house was absolutely awesome. Clean, spacious, up to date appliances and just overall fantastic. I highly recommended staying here. 2 min walk to the beach and the community swimming pool was a plus. Can’t say enough about this house!

This house was was amazing it was top notch great communication the most comfortable beds ever the colors of the home make it feel so beachy the view was amazing quite streets they literally had it all and was accessible to us chairs umbrella wagon towels for the beach hair and bath items even which I forgot never stayed at a house that literally was just like I was home would definitely recommend to anyone

Brian and his property were our best VRBO we have ever had. His home had every amenity you could even imagine: beach towels and Shibumi to take to the beach, a well-stocked pantry for our use, and a community pool across the street when our teens wanted a change. Brian is warm, responsive, and attentive to details.

Home away from home!

Great house with fantastic amenities both in the home and for the beach. Owner is very helpful and responsive. The community pool is right across from the house. Beach wagons provided to help carry stuff for the short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this house!

Still the best place to stay!!

We've been coming to this location for several years now and it continues to be our favorite. Even now the location is fully appointed with everything you could need and then some. The property owner is responsive to any issues (we had one minor problem resolved within an hour) and communicates promptly. Highly recommended!!

We had a fabulous vacation. The house was beautiful, well maintained, and stocked like we have never seen before. We absolutely didn't need to bring any beach equipment. Kitchen was fully stocked with staples and dishes. Puzzles were fun and we played cards. Brian was very quick to respond to questions and any needs. What a wonderful vacation.

the best week at a beautiful house!

This house was perfect and had everything you could possibly need. We didn't have to bring beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, b/c the house had it all. The walk to the beach is about 3-4 minutes and beach access is very easy to navigate. The community pool is perfect and never busy. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Brian responds immediately and is very kind. Can't recommend this house enough!

2024 Family vacation

We had a great time in Topsail. Probably one of the best places we’ve ever rented (house wise) It was clean and nicely decorated. It had things I wasn’t expecting but appreciated like sound machines and phone chargers in every room. My only complaint is that the view from the back of the house is outdated. Since the pictures have been taken two more houses have been built directly across the street blocking a perfect view of the ocean from their back balcony’s which was one of the main reasons we chose this house to rent so that was disappointing to see but otherwise we were extremely happy with this rental and we would definitely go back :)

Wow! Great house well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay! Excellent kitchen fully stocked! (We all brought too much as it is hard to know what is needed in a rental house)… The beach chairs were in great condition! The two Shibumi sun shades were perfect for our group and easy to carry/use. The adult sized beds were all comfortable to sleep on. If I had to say one thing that could be added to this house it would be perhaps a cute corner hanging coat rack or something similar so dress clothes could be hung in the top floor bedroom. The master closet is locked as I am sure the owners store personal items there. Very minor detail. We would definitely stay here again if visiting same beach.

The home was impeccable and everything we could have asked for. Location was perfect. Very clean, pantry very well stocked. Beds were so comfortable and the pillows and linens were top notch. We just got back from the best vacation! Staying at the house made everything convenient. We were right across from the pool, easy access to the beach, anything you could need was provided, extremely close to a couple places for quick drinks or food, and the owner was very easy to communicate with! Highly recommended!

Amazing Accommodations!

Our family of 8 spent a week at this rental and enjoyed every minute! The accommodations were outstanding, and Brian was very communicative, making sure our stay was everything we expected. I would highly recommend renting this home and we hope to return!
