Casa Hygge is surrounded by chili and basil fields, layers of mountains to the east, and views of the Pacific Ocean to the west. The location is so stunning – it’s where the desert meets the ocean and the mountains!

The main living area has tall sliding doors to the front porch (screen doors too, to catch the breeze), which allows ample sunshine when desired, as well as floor-to-ceiling drapes and shutters when you want to block the sun or prefer more privacy.

The grounds of Casa Hygge are shared amongst the other guests, which is a great way to meet others traveling or owners of other bungalows.

The shared spaces include:
- Pool with loungers and umbrellas
- Game Room (pool table, boardgames, darts, TV and lounge area, and mini library
- Sky Gym and Yoga Deck – an open-air gym space with mats, weights, bands, etc
- Hammocks and lounge areas throughout the central gardens
- Wood-burning firepit with cozy chairs and solar lanterns.

There is so much to do in the area! Some of our favorites include enjoying the wonderful restaurants, shopping at the small boutiques, live music, local beaches, day trips to La Paz, which is a little over an hour away, and day trips to the Cabo area, which is also a little over an hour away.

- 22 minute walk (10 minute drive) to the world class surf beach of San Pedrito
- 10 minute drive to the family-friendly swim / surf beach, Cerritos
- 12 minute drive to the vibrant town of Todos Santos

El Pescadero is the perfect location to be centered from all the stunning places in Baja California Sur in a reachable distance on 2 or 4 wheels.
