Open the sliders off of the living room to encompassing golf course views with a majestic mountain backdrop. The patio has outdoor lounge furniture as well as a 4 burner propane grill. The kitchen area has a sizable bar with beautiful granite countertops, perfect for entertaining, and is fully stocked with everything needed for a weekend getaway or extended stay! The primary bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed, smart TV, and access to the patio space, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also outfitted with a queen size bed and TV. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway and has a tub/shower. There is covered car-port parking for one vehicle and guests have full exclusive access to the washer/dryer.



The Neighborhood:

Palm Desert Resort Country Club AKA "The Resorter" is a gated community that is home to a 18-hold championship golf course as well as 20 community pools/spas, tennis courts, pickle ball courts. Guests have full access to the clubhouse, restaurant, cafe, bar, and pro shop. Guests may book a tee time at the golf course or purchase a weekly or monthly Tennis/Pickleball membership to access the courts during Prime Season (Oct-May). There are also free public pickleball courts at Freedom Park less than a mile away and Tennis/pickleball courts at Civic center Park less than 5 miles away. The community's central location makes it easy to explore the entire Coachella Valley from La Quinta to Palm Springs. Less than 1 hour drive to Joshua Tree National Park!
