HELLO There! I moved to the OBX from Ellicott City, MD in 2013. I studied Human Nutrition, Foods & Exercise with an emphasis in Exercise & Health Promotion at Virginia Tech & put that knowledge to work on a daily basis as a Pilates Instructor at the only classical Pilates Studio in the OBX, The Presidio of Pilates! In addition to my education, my love for business & entrepreneurial spirit led me to Hosting! I CoHost multiple spaces in locations throughout the United States and as a Professional Referrer of hosting I take great joy in teaching folks how to start their own business hosting by themselves or with assistance. I have taught a course at the local church - The Path To Financial Freedom! I LOVE to TRAVEL - so reach out if you would like me to teach a course in YOUR home town in the US or Internationally!
