This was the worst Vrbo experience Iâve ever had, and thatâs putting it mildly.We stayed at âOne Four Our Threeâ from March 18â21, 2026, and what should have been a relaxing getaway turned into a disgusting, stressful mess from start to finish.The kitchen had a full-blown ant infestation. Not a few ants - an invasion. They were crawling all over the counters, getting into food, and making the space completely unusable. It was revolting. The conditions were so bad they made both my daughter constantly nauseous. This is not just poor upkeep; itâs outright unsanitary and unacceptable for any rental, let alone one that claims professional management.The shower drain was clogged, so every shower meant standing in a pool of dirty water. Clearly, basic maintenance is being ignored.To make matters worse, the living room TV didnât work for two of the three nights. At that point, it just felt like nothing in this property had been checked or cared for.The most infuriating part? Managementâs complete silence. I requested a full refund on March 21 and haven't received a response. No apology, no acknowledgmentânothing.This stay clearly violates the VrboCare Guarantee. We paid for a clean, functional property, but we received the opposite.Avoid this property unless youâre okay with filth, neglect, and being ignored.
