Enjoy stunning views at this oceanfront cottage with a private pool, composite decking, 4 bedrooms, plus a bonus room, and 3 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include: Queen, 2 Singles, Queen, Queen, and a single daybed with a trundle.
Location: Conveniently located in the 7000 block of Ocean Drive, it’s just a short bike ride to town for shopping and dining.

Main Level
Walk into an open-concept living space, featuring luxury vinyl plank flooring through the kitchen, dining and living areas. Classic tongue-and-groove ceilings add a nostalgic charm, reminiscent of classic beachfront cottages.

Kitchen: Enjoy granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances in the modern kitchen, equipped with all the cooking essentials, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Dining Area: Picture windows provide stunning views as you sit at the dining table for 8. Additional seating is available at the breakfast bar.

Living Area: Featuring a large flat-screen TV, there is plenty of space to gather with family and friends. Step right outside to your own sunbathing deck with a private pool.

On the other side of the kitchen are two bedrooms and a shared hall bath with a standup shower.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed with Smart TV.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds with Smart TV.

Lower Level:
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with Smart TV.

Bedroom 4: Queen bed with Smart TV.

Bonus Room: Kid’s activity table, twin trundle bed and a Smart TV.

Downstairs, you will also find a second refrigerator, two more updated full bathrooms and a laundry area (with washer, dryer and ironing board).

This home offers central air/heat, Wi-Fi, and 6 smart TVs (no cable). Outside, you’ll find both charcoal and gas grills, along with a hot/cold outdoor shower and rinse station.

Amazing location, perfect family stay

You can’t beat a place on the beach with a pool. This was a perfect place for our family of three and another family of 4 to enjoy the beach and large deck and pool. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Giving it 4 stars because there were some linens left from the previous guest when we arrived and the trash was not picked up. However, the host remediated both quickly and communication was easy. I recommend calling the office for quicker responses if you need anything during your stay.

Another fabulous stay at My Point Of View!

This was our 2nd time staying at My Point of View. The house was very clean and well equipped. Love the deck and pool in addition to being right on the beach. Saw dolphins every day!

Great ocean front beach house!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. My teenaged girls loved sunning themselves on the pool deck with the gorgeous view of the ocean in the backdrop. Kitchen was fully stocked for when we ate at home. We also loved going out- we hit up Gaffers, Trading Post, Fish Hut Grill and Caribsea which were all great. Place was clean and looked just like the pictures. Communication with Shorewood was great and we got to meet the lovely owner, Jackie who brought over a fridge filter when I called about it. 5/5 stars, would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay at EI

The house was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay at the beach. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool and deck were wonderful for enjoying morning morning. The dog loved it too!

Paradise at EI

You can't beat this location. This oceanfront cottage was a nice fit for our group. I'm sure the pool is great in the summer - but just being able to enjoy the ocean view was priceless. We had a great Thanksgiving here.

Just special...

Simply put, we loved this property! From the pool overlooking the wide and beautiful beach to the nicely outfitted kitchen to the cleanliness of the entire house. I must be related to the owners as I felt they channeled our every need for this property. The stairs to the bottom level may present an issue to older individuals who may have some physical limitations, but otherwise, the property is just special. We will be back!

We had a truly lovely stay! The pool is delightful. The kitchen is very updated, the nicest of any place we’ve rented. The boardwalk to the beach is very convenient. We really enjoyed our week here.
