The unit comes with a 1-car garage as well as driveway parking for 1 car.

The unit benefits from a split floor plan. The upstairs primary suite is separated from the main living area and second bedroom/office. So many golf courses (public and private); beautiful walks along our stunning beaches; tennis & pickleball; exquisite restaurants (the photo was taken at one of our favorites on the Intracoastal Waterway!); shopping galore; so many activities for families, etc.,etc..
We have had the pleasure of hosting wonderful guests from near and far. Our vacationers have travelled from as far away as Sydney, Australia and London, England! Some came for baseball training and some to visit family. We welcome so many of our guests who love to escape colder climates for Florida's beautiful winter warmth and sunshine. And then, our local guests have found our properties to be the perfect refuge when displaced by their own home building, renovation, or relocation plans.
