Great access to lower strip

This property was a great place to stay, and very convenient for being just off the strip (enclosed walkway to MGM). The room comes with a sink and small cooktop. Would have been nice to have a few amenities like cups, bowls, etc. I would stay here again.

The apartment was just absolutely perfect it had everything we could possibly need.Cummunication was great between the the agency and the response was always very quick and helpful. If I was to go back to Vegas in the future I would most definitely book these again.

The suite is spotless, has a great strip view and wonderful location. Although we didn’t use it, there is a full kitchen with appliances and all you would need to make dinners. Would definitely recommend. The owners were very accessible and prompt in their replies.

Totally stained carpets not in good condition. The fully clogged sink immediately that we poured water into one of them did not drain. The dining room table completely unpainted with guayasos not suitable to be there. The entrance doors to the room together with the others are dirty and unpainted. In short, it is not suitable to receive guests in these conditions. The hotel told us they are private rooms and not theirs.

Schlechte Qualität des Apartments, aber gute Lage

Die Kommunikation zur Vermittlerin "Marie", war sehr unprofessionell, spartanisch. Sie ist auf Fehler im Apartment nicht eingegangen, hat uns vieles (Fehlendes) verschwiegen. -Keine Balkonmöbel, kaputte Kaffeemaschine, keine kleinen Löffel, extrem spärlich ausgestattetes Besteck und Geschirr, kein Schneidebrett -Kühlschrank Innenstreben fehlten -Schiebetür zum Balkon undicht -Regler für Wasserhähne leckten -linkes Waschbecken verstopft -komplette Inneneinrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen -2 Pools der Apartmenthäuser waren immer geschlossen -Sie wollte keinen Kontakt oder Besserung während unseres Aufenthaltes Fazit: Apartment und Kontaktperson nicht zu empfehlen. Positiv: - Nähe zum Strip - Nähe zum MGM mit Poollandschaft - Ausblick, leider nur immer im Stehen - Der Parkservice

Easy check in, close to the strip, was nice to have all the amenities of the food court and using MGM to access the strip. Maria and Louis are nice and excellent to work with!

The property was very nice, however we felt like having valet parking in the middle of a coronavirus epidemic is not very helpful as we needed to disinfect the car each time it was delivered by the valet.

NIce family getaway

The unit was clean and had a great view from the balcony. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of the strip and casinos, but when it was just a short walk away when we wanted to explore. It is nice to be able to access the MGM amenities. We were able to have coffee and meals in the unit if we wanted with the well stocked kitchen. The staff in the building are very helpful. This is the second time we have stayed in one of Louis and Marie's units. We were pleased both times!

Excellent Property - Wonderful Hosts!

We came to Las Vegas for the weekend to watch a basketball tournament and very much enjoyed our stay at this property. We have stayed at many properties around the world and this was one on our favorites! Marie kept in touch with us throughout to make sure we had everything we needed and were taken care of. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking great value for a high-end experience in Vegas!

Absolutely Beautiful

The view was amazing. The room was picture perfect. We loved the bathroom (Jacuzzi tub, private toilet, double sinks). We have no complaints. Definitely a great accommodation whether staying long or short-term. Check in process was easy. We had a rental the first night and used Lyft the remainder of our vacation. We were even able to walk indoors via the walkways to the MGM at 3am to get food from their foodcourt, so the location was perfect!

Calm luxury in the middle of everything!

Perfect compliment to the strip. We were able to jump right in to the action and then had quiet luxury whenever we wanted to get away from it all. The room layout and appointments were great and it had everything we needed. Spent a lot of time comparing several units in this property before we chose this one. We're glad we did.
