This beautiful beach house is conveniently located and only 100 yards from the beach (you can see the ocean from the second story). 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Large open kitchen with breakfast bar and balcony. Minutes from the airport, golf courses, and many other popular attractions. Parking under the house for 3 vehicles, outdoor shower, and storage.

Easy keypad entrance to all doors. There is an outside shower located under house. The common pool area is located at the end of Kashton Drive. It is a saltwater pool and is now open year round! It is shared with 20 other homes in the development.

The outside of the house is under video surveillance 24/7.

Parking is under the carport of house only. The parking area accommodates 3 vehicles. Additional parking will require a parking pass. Parking passes can be obtained through the City of Myrtle Beach. The HOA monitors the community and will tow any vehicle parked illegally without warning.
