Our day was excellent. The house is beautiful well kept clean. My group had such a good time. It was perfect for all of us to stay there. We had a total of eight people and it worked out perfect next time we’re up that way we’ll probably stay there again.

Spent a long weekend in Myrtle Brach for my mom’s 90th birthday. Location was great and plenty of space for 6 adults. Convenient to the beach, golf, and airport.

Property was clean, comfortable and contemporary. Bedrooms are spacious with large tvs in each. Nice decor and connecting with owner was easy. Parking is a bit tight, but normally vacant paces can be found at nearby house locations as we had no problems. I highly recommend this property for a nice stay at Myrtle Beach!

The home was beautiful but could’ve been better prepared for guests, the refrigerator, toaster, & dishes were not clean, food on dishes, spills not cleaned out of refrigerator, pots and pans need to be replaced & house use touch up paint, the air filters need replacing and changed, molded liners in first floor bathroom, torn blinds on door, noticeable fingerprints on furniture, smoke detector in upstairs hall in the drawer in hall. We cleaned to enjoy to enjoy our stay

Home is conveniently located near the beach access, restaurants, and shopping. Overall the house is nice. Beds are comfortable. A few notes, there are not many extra towels and the only mirrors are in the bathrooms. This made it a little difficult to get ready since our group was all girls. Low water pressure throughout the home, especially in the main level bathroom and kitchen sink. Full garbage and recycling bins from the previous stay attracted many flies into the home. The home looks clean/tidy at first glance, but is in need of a deep clean. However, the host was very responsive to all requests and questions during our stay.

Overall we had a good experience with this property. The parking was not the best but it worked. The water pressure downstairs was poor, especially kitchen sink. It was a quiet neighborhood and not too far from other places! House was nicely updated and fit our needs.

The property was same as displayed in the pictures; very nice and well taken care of. We had an amazing time in Myrtle. The property is very close to restaurants; beach; boardwalk, literally everything. We had no issues at all with the accommodations nor parking. I would recommend anyone to stay at this property.

Decent home to stay

The check in process was easy and the owner was ver nice. My only issue was the parking, water pressure in the down stairs bathroom, and the shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom needed to be changed. Other than that we had a good stay!

Lovely stay

Our family enjoyed staying at the house for our week in Myrtle Beach. We loved the close proximity to the beach, Broadway, the boardwalk, and other various attractions. The house was beautiful and our family of nine enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was great, the house was in great location near everything. The house was spacious for a big family of 8. Great communication with our host. Beds were very comfortable, black out curtains were greatly appreciated by the whole family. very comfortable environment. I am rating our stay as "good" because upon arrival the house was not all the way ready, 1 bed was not made, kitchen and 1 bathroom were not fully cleaned. Some dishes needed to be updated for cooking. Just needed a little more tiding up. I communicated with the host. He did a great job at getting it all handled while we were out exploring. Overall stay 4/5. My family and i would stay again.

Good location

This property is in a great location for beach, entertainment and restaurants. The parking situation is a bit marginal, as there is not assigned parking for each house. There is parking next to other units but sometimes a distance from the house. The manager was great to work with, and provided restaurant recommendations and was very responsive.
