We recently completed a 1 week stay. This is a nicely updated vintage property including an updated kitchen and bath. The property was well equipped and was as described and pictured in the listing. It has off-street parking and it was also very clean.It's conveniently located adjacent to the downtown Appleton Central Business District and was an easy walk to all of the shops, dining and entertainment/nightlife along the downtown College Avenue corridor.The host (Timothy) communicated prior to our arrival with helpful information and proactively checked in with us after arrival to see if we needed anything.
