Welcome to our charming and modern guest house, offering a spacious and versatile living area with open floor plan and smart storage solutions. With an expansive kitchen designed for those who love to cook. We’ve stocked the kitchen with all the high-end appliances and tools needed to prepare home-cooked meals, making it the heart of the home. One of a kind furniture is placed throughout the home, and custom features highlight the craftsmanship in this custom build. The California king Murphy bed tucks away easily to open up the space, making the 750 sqft feel like over 1000. For additional sleeping arrangements, there’s a hidden loft bed, accessible by a telescopic ladder creating a fun interaction with the home. A pull-out couch for extra guests and is also equipped with cup holders and usb ports when you’re lounging and watching a movie with freshly popped popcorn in our popcorn machine.

The bathroom features a luxurious soaking tub and a separate water closet for added privacy. We have a smart AI washer/dryer that ensures your laundry is fresh everytime.

Behind a custom barnwood sliding door, offers a multipurpose closet, which doubles as both an art space and a work area. This allows you to personalize the space to your needs. The living room serves as a multifunctional studio, perfect for any occasion, whether you're relaxing, or working, doing yoga, or anything else.

Step outside to enjoy the private patio and sit around the fire table. We offer a grill to cookout. A large yard, ideal for families to gather and relax. The spacious and gated child-friendly area ensures safety while the little ones play, and we are also a dog-friendly property, so feel free to bring your furry friends! For outdoor entertainment we have lawn games, and a hot tub coming soon for ultimate relaxation.

The space is enhanced with beautiful wood accents and custom decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Plus, shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers are provided in the tub for your ease.

🏎️🏁Shared Parking: Parking is shared with the main house and detached guesthouse, ensuring plenty of space and easy access. Please follow the parking instructions provided at check-in to ensure a smooth experience for all guests. Guests are allowed 1 parking spot in the driveway, and street parking.

🐉🌻Additionally: Loft House Living is located at the rear of the property behind the main house. This property has two separate living spaces each with its own private area. While these spaces are detached with no shared walls, it’s not uncommon to see us from time to time outside. We respect your privacy and pride ourselves in offering you an inviting space, and a great stay.
