Villa Noonoos is a 4 bed 4.5 bath modern townhouse in the quiet beach town of Runaway Bay. With handmade furnishings, art, and decor, this design-focused home celebrates Jamaican artistry in every corner of the light-filled space.

The space
At Villa Noonoos, you’ll receive daily housekeeping and delicious home-cooked Jamaican meals,* plus personalized concierge services to help plan every aspect of your vacation in advance. With Jamaican travel experts at your fingertips, your transportation, dining experiences, and island excursions will all be taken care of.

The entire 3,000 sqft, two-story home is outfitted with air conditioning and high-speed internet. All 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and smart TVs. There are 3 balconies on the second level and a garden patio on the ground floor. The dining room features a long table, where all meals* are enjoyed family-style. There’s a vintage stereo console in the living room to play our collection of records and French doors in the office to take in tropical views while you work remotely.

Throughout Villa Noonoos, you’ll find the works of contemporary Jamaican artists, handmade furniture made of indigenous hardwood, and everything from coffee mugs to light fixtures - all sourced on the island. Our goal is to showcase Jamaican culture and craftsmanship and support local businesses as much as possible.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house. Provided, you’ll find an iron, hairdryers, bedding, towels, soap, toilet paper, shampoos, conditioners, sunblock, insect repellant, and lotions.

**MANDATORY MEAL PLAN**
The kitchen is fully equipped and Villa Noonoos provides a chef to prepare your meals. The cost of the meal plan is separate from the booking and is $75 per adult, per day ($50 per child 12yo and younger, per day).

Meal plan inclusions: Home-cooked and hearty Jamaican breakfasts and dinners (+ enough to enjoy for lunch, should you decide to stay in the house midday), alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, fresh local fruit, and local Jamaican snacks and baked goods.

Meal plan exception: Because Villa Noonoos is located in a residential community, access to ingredients and grocery stores is limited. Our team requires the meal plan so that we may handle all of the shopping and cooking and allow you to fully enjoy your vacation. That said, if you are a Jamaican resident, have your own transportation, and would prefer to do your own cooking, exceptions may be made and can be discussed during your booking.

Situated in the residential community of Cardiff Hall, Villa Noonoos is about an hour drive from Sangster International Airport, 30 minutes from Ocho Rios attractions, and 2 minutes from one of the most coveted beaches on the island.
