Welcome to Soaring Spirit Vacation Home – Your Peaceful Getaway in Wilmington!

Step into this stunning 3,090 sq. ft. retreat, nestled in a gorgeous and quiet Wilmington neighborhood – complete with a relaxing hot tub! Just 10 minutes from Carolina Beach, and 20 minutes from Wrightsville Beach, UNCW, and Downtown Wilmington, the location is ideal for both fun and relaxation.

This spacious home features:

6 Bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements:
• 3 King beds
• 3 Queen beds
• 1 Full bunk bed
• Additional air mattresses & sleeping spaces
• Nursery setup

4 Bathrooms with thoughtful amenities:
• 3 bathtubs
• Walk-in shower with seat
• Hair dryers and sundries

Enjoy cooking in the beautifully equipped kitchen with bar seating, and take advantage of laundry facilities on both floors. We provide linens, towels, paper products, and plenty of extras – including beach gear.

Relax in the cozy living room with a large 65 inch TV and YouTube TV subscription (plus four other 65 inch TVs throughout the home). Need to work or unwind? Enjoy the large office spaces with seating and even extra sleeping areas.

Upstairs, the Party Room awaits – loaded with games, a brand new professional foosball table, and a brand-new karaoke/stereo system for hours of entertainment.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Super random by I really liked the throw blankets they had. :)

House was great! Great property for a large group. Neighborhood was great. Perfect central location to go north to Wrightsville beach or south to Carolina beach. House was clean, and stocked with everything you would need! We would absolutely recommend this house!

The house was excellent and well furnished. We were able to do some cooking and everything in the kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were great and gave our group the opportunity to spread out a bit. Great communication with the host as well and provided everything we needed. Will definitely book again if we have this large of a group returning.

The Best Vacation Rental in Wilmingron

Please don’t skip this one. This house is immaculate! Everything you thing is provide. The house was new, clean and fresh. No need to fight over the rooms, because each one is great. Loved the space for the kids, the back yard, screened in porch, joy tub everything. Two of my family members loved the place so much, they hard left the house.. saying it was so peaceful. Love, Love this place.

We are from Wisconsin and fell in love with Wilmington when our oldest son of five kids fell in love with a North Carolina girl. That is when we decided to own offer a beautiful furnished home to people who want to experience Wilmington and so we can visit a few time per year. We are very excited for you to stay.
