Our home is perfect for everyone! The large 40' x 20' pool is fun for all. The home offers two master bedrooms with televisions, and full sized bunkbeds in the children's room with a full size crib. There is both a Livingroom to watch television and a large game room with a television and table for four to play your favorite boardgames or cards . The house is just a short walk to Wilmington's most premiere shopping, dinning and parks. Guest can enjoy the beach's in minutes from this location, 7.3 miles to Wrightsville Beach NC, 13.2 miles to Carolina Beach. Historic downtown Wilmington with the famous Riverwalk and Live Oak Pavilion is a short 4.2 miles. We love fur babies, but our HOA requires only safe breeds and that you provide records of veterinary prescribed flea and tick medication. We also ask that you only bring dogs that are good with kids and other dogs.

Tabitha’s house is truly an oasis! We spent a-lot of time relaxing in the pool and enjoying the comfort of her beautiful home. This is one of the few vacation rentals where you genuinely feel at home the moment you arrive. The house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The backyard is perfect for pets!We had a wonderful stay and hope to book again in the future!

We were on a cousins retreat and I must say that this was the perfect home for us…all the bedrooms were a nice size and comfortable…the baths were clean, but two of them could have used a little update…the tub in the master suite was a little hard to get in and out of…the kitchen area and the sitting areas were really nice and had very comfortable furniture in them…all the televisions worked and had very simple remotes…the best part was the pool and back yard…perfect entertainment for us and was used a lot…the location was A1 for beaches and the downtown area of Wilmington NC…would recommend this house for anyone wanting to relax and have some really good restaurants to eat at close by4/5…LKL

Here is why we loved it:The House: Comfortable, spotlessly clean, and perfectly equipped with all the amenities a group of 7 needed.The Location: Great area, plenty of parking, and situated in a lovely, peaceful, and quiet neighborhood.The Host: Incredibly attentive and accommodating. They responded immediately when we asked for a few things and made a quick repair right away.Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The entire property inside and out was well kept and amazing. The pool was perfect and very clean. We had 10 of us staying and there was plenty of room for us all. TVs in every room made the kids happy. AC worked perfectly. Lots of towels and extra pillows the beds where very comfortable and clean. And the whole process from check in to check out was very easy and painless we loved our stay tremendously. I visit every year for the Azalea Festival and next year if this property is available I'll definitely be booking it.

It is a very complete house for the whole family with a lot of space close to everything to go out and buy and to be able to go to the sea from different parts everything is perfectly located.

Great Family Property

Our family of six adults and one infant came to Wilmington for a wedding. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for all of us, comfortable beds and everything we needed for our stay. Great central location. The backyard with pool is especially enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again.
