Guest Access:

Property Access:

- Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a security guard. All guests gain full access to Solara Resort which include amenities such as an amazing pool, waterslide, hot tub, outdoor spaces with loungers, a fitness club, and much more.

- The resort is open from 9:00am to 9:00pm all year round.



Parking:

- You can park 1 vehicle in the driveway. Additionally, there is extra parking available across the street on a first-come, first-served basis.



The Neighborhood:

In addition to all of its on-site amenities, Solara Resort is conveniently located just minutes from the top theme parks in the world, plus plenty of world-class shopping, dining, and local entertainment.



Disney Parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach): ~20 - 25 minute drive

Universal Parks (Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay): ~30 minute drive

Getting Around:

The gated entrance is attended 24 hours per day and just minutes from Disney World. The community is located at the end Westside in between the US192 and Champions Gate. This a great location giving you easy access to the restaurants and the theme parks.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• This home is pet-friendly - there are no restrictions on the number of pets allowed.

• Please note that we do not provide washcloths. Please bring your own washcloths to make use of during your stay.

• Please be advised that the spa heating service is currently unavailable for use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

• Please be advised that the main RESORT pool and splash pad will be temporarily closed beginning January 19, 2026, due to a resurfacing project. We apologize for the inconvenience.



Additional Services:

•( Heating services are currently not available) Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



Pet Friendly:

• A pet fee of $99/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $99 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.



We're happy to deliver:

• Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just $55 and keep the grill going!

• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)

Quality Assurance

• Your well-being is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional COVID-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.



House Rules:

1. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

5. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
