Forget your worries in this Home away from Home. Positioned in a quaint and quiet neighborhood, yet, still centrally located to all the amenities, trails and attractions. Families, Friends and groups will enjoy the large backyard complete with a fire pit and seating or rocking your stresses away on the Great Front Porch overlooking the neighborhood. Comfortable beds and cozy linens make for a good nights rest, as well as a large open kitchen/dining area for big breakfasts in the morning.

This house was a cozy and comfortable stay near Baxter State Park. We stayed for two nights and were charmed by the high ceilings and the large dining area. It was clean, quiet and safe. So greatful to have laundry available after a long day in the park. Thank you for hosting us!

Great place

It was a hreat stay. From the booking on, great communication woth the host. Beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of space for all of us.

House was very clean! Water pressure was also good (but showers are small). Plenty of coffee and tea. Location is perfect- short walk to downtown and Katahdin General Store. Overall a very charming house and a perfect launch point to visiting Baxter state park.

Very cozy and comfortable home. Nice big covered front porch. Very quiet tree lined street. Perfect for dogs. Big back yard and big open grassy area across the street.

If you love older homes, this house is a gem! It has so much character. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. The beds are comfortable. We loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings. It was very peaceful! We highly recommend the house!

Charming & clean

Loved our stay at this charming home. Comfortably accommodated our 2 families for the weekend. Was clean and well setup with all the necessities and then some. Kitchen was well stocked to be able to make our own meals and plenty of space for everyone to hang out. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
